The area was sketchy at best 😕

For the price we paid I didn't expect much the facility needs updated badly, our room was clean but the air didn't work very well so it was super hot. Breakfast was ok kinda hard to mess up bagels and waffles.The hallways and the stairwells needed a good cleaning the walls were pretty dirty but like I said you get what you pay for.

I think this facility is under renovation and will be beautiful when completed. The rooms are old, beatup and need updating badly. There were no USB ports, coffee or even drinking glasses.

The lobby is beautiful, the room was clean. Definitely needs work but I believe it's going to get better.

We was told twice that there was a pool I own called and confirmed when we got there the pool was not up and running we chose this location and make sure and confirmed and we got there and already paid and it did not have one up and running so we are very disappointed and almost wanted to leave but continue to stay

There could have been a little protein at breakfast bar and I was required to use steps to get to room. I found steps pretty tiring at my age of 80. I was not told if there was an elevator to 3rd floor.

The price was higher that I expected. Especially considering it wasn't a summer stay therefore the pool wasn't open. The room had a flashing light from smoke detector which makes it. Kind of hard to sleep unless you face the wall

I have stayed at this location several times in the past. This time was a not so good experience. I was given my room key to check in to my room and when I got to my room, the room was occupied by someone else. Talk about awkward. Walking into a room that someone else was already in for so many reasons including safety. I proceed to go back to the front desk and get a new room assignment. The desk clerk was very accommodating, however when I walk into my new room, the neighbors were loud, arguing & fighting which it made hard to rest. I go back to the front desk to report the noise and disruption. Needless to say, nothing was done about the noise. Moving forward I will opt for other accommodations.

I unfortunately got a room facing I-75 southbound. Road noise was quite loud.

Facility a bit outdated. Room was nice, clean, well kept.

Room wasn't really clean, while not overly dirty/not enough to complain about there was tissue covering the peep whole from the last guest, and the person in the room next to mine (by the bathroom) was obviously smoking it came through the bathroom very strongly. Thankfully happened as I was packing to leave so again not worth complaining about.

The staff was friendly, I asked for recommendations on places to eat and they gave some really great options. They made a note to remind me of the breakfast hours

The person working the front desk was very rude,I was at a concert and I gave my wife my id and credit card and they wouldn't let my family check in without me being there so my family had to stay in our car for 4 hours and my son is handicapped and in a lot of pain and she told them that and he still wouldn't allow them to check in and my son is still hurting since sitting in the car for that long,the person behind us even had a bad experience with the worker of front desk,the worker wouldn't even let my family sit in the lobby very rude do better Days Inn
