Lots of flies for some reason. Room could have been a bit cleaner.

Breakfast is always good here. The location is perfect easy high ay access. Very accommodating for an early and late ck in/out.

The room was in poor condition. There wasn’t any towels. It was a bit noisy and you could smell the cigarettes that people were smoking outside the door.

I liked that it was walking distance to the beach. Their breakfast was good.

The bed and pillows were not really comfortable to sleep in and the room needed more lighting. The room was a little dark. Also, a few hand towels would have been nice instead of just the one that was provided.

The room was filthy. Hadn't been cleaned. No towels. No coffee set up. No soap. Bathtub dirty. All surfaces were sticky. Coffee rings on bedside table. (Where did they get coffee?) It appeared as if the room had been used for a staff break area. But the bed itself was clean and we were beat. And disappointingly, the hot tub and pool, although still pictured in the ads, are long closed 'due to Covid'. No forks in the breakfast area. Ate waffles with spoons.

We were gratified to get a room despite not having a reservation. The young man who checked us in was very gracious.

Not very clean. When we checked in the maid had left the dirty cleaning bucket in the room & that evening when we went to get in bed we pulled the blankets back & for blood spots and holes in the sheets. I reported it to the front desk and they did nothing to fix it. Didn’t even offer us clean bedding or change them The next day whole we were out. Then then second morning I moved an empty bowl on the desk And a cockroach ran out from Under the edge…. Absolutely disgusting!!! NO housekeeping services during our stay at all!!!

The walls were dirty. My tub was full of hair. My toilet had hair the floors in the restroom. You can see other people's hairs. Else wall, what dirt? The area was nice and pleasant. Beautiful beach i would book again in the same area.However not in that hotel.

The fan in the bathroom needed to replace because whenever I turned the light on it made a loud noise and sounded like it was about to break. You could hear the motor failing. I also didn't like that the hotel lady was trying to immediately get in my room at 11:00 on the dot after I told her that I still needed to make another trip up to my room and get the rest of the stuff out. She also had her music loud hours before that which interrupted my sleep.

no plug in bath and was hoping to warm up in a nice soak. the snack vendors are empty and there are no stores close by. The place was very noisy all night long with guests chattering outside their rooms, the heater blowing sounded like a strong wind, and the continental breakfast was very lacking. Thei beach was close by but behind buildings. It is unreasonable to call this a beachfront property.

The bed was comfortable and the room clean. It was very cold and the heater worked quickly and kept the room warm all night long.

There were roaches, the water in the shower was either freezing or boiling. The lamps did not work because there was an outlet that couldn’t be plugged in because the bed was covering it, so nothing worked. No room service for a 2-night stay.

The first room we got had glass and used Eyelashes under the bed. My 10 month old son almost put it in his mouth also the breakfast was the same every day little to no effort in the staff just kind of stands around
