I expected more. I didn't think it was good value for money. The shower stall leaks a lot, flooding the bathroom, and the air conditioning gives off the smell of meat from the restaurant on the ground floor. The valet parking, however, was excellent and quick, as were the girls who served breakfast.

The bathroom floor was sort of sticky and the bottom sheet was questionable. Pretty sure it was clean but think maybe it was just time to replace it. Some sort of in-room night light would be helpful.

Loved the atmosphere and the variety of amenities. We enjoyed a very nice anniversary dinner at Shula's and loved the convenience of the cafe. We didn't visit the bar but would consider doing so in the future. I liked the convenience of managing valet service via text. The room was very comfortable. Staff was cordial. Although it's a little too dark with the decor, loved the eclectic feel.

The location is not the greatest.I didn't like having to pay $30 a day for valet parking, on top of paying close to $200.00 a night.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful.

There was a strong smell of fabric softener in the linens that I did not like. $30 parking seems very high for this location. I ate at their restaurant and then checked in when they told me if I had checked in first I would have gotten a $25 gift card for the restaurant but it was too late and lost after check in.

The facility could use some updates (paint, furniture, scratches, etc). Rooms (especially beds) were smaller than expected. It was not comfortable for 2 to sleep in one bed as reflected in the room capacity. Sink handle came off on first use. Valet is expensive ($30 per night). The bathroom is oddly designed and didn't provide the desired privacy.

The customer service was great and the location was excellent. The free drink ticket came in handy and the free appetizers in the afternoon were a plus. Loved the convenience and ambiance of the rooftop lounge.

$30 a day for parking plus a parking fee/tax is a bit steep for Tallahassee. No self-parking on property means everyone has to valet.

The order In the hallway on the 6th floor, that was pretty much all. The parking on the street was horrible too.

No bell hop? A hotel like this should have some curb side assistance for guest. That would be the icing on the top.

Easy to find. Comfortable room and Excellent restaurant! The staff made me feel right at home and the steak was cooked to perfection. My only regret is I didn't have time to explore the whole Hotel.
