I was given 2 door cards and neither worked. She finally let me into my room. Than brought another door card. The bathroom ceiling was filthy and spots on the walls were missing paint.

The set up of the room was nice. The pillows were perfect. The TV was a nice size. The blanket selection was okay.

I loved the price especially because it was a nice little room. The bed was clean and comfy. It had a small kitchen attached. The room was full of all supplies we would need. Only issue was I did request extra pillows and they never ended up bringing them. The area was ok some sketchy people but that's not the hotels fault. I would definitely stay here again.

I had to sign several documents about: no dog, room condition and liability for any damage. That's a first. Room AC blew right on bed. Very uncomfortable . Had to sleep on the far side of the bed. The unit was noisy when running.

First floor easy access. Staff friendly. The room had a kitchen but I did not use it. Laundry facility for visitors handy Right on a major street with good access I hop restaurants across the street open 24 hours

There was no hair dryer in the room. I washed my hair (which is long) and discovered there was no hair dryer in the room. I called the front desk who confirmed that I wouldn't find a hair dryer in my room but that they could provide one for me at the front desk. So I had to put on some clothes and walk down to the front desk. In the last 20 years or so, I don't think I've ever stayed at a hotel or motel that didn't have a hair dryer in the room. And this was an Extended Stay where guests supposedly might stay for an extended period of time. Apparently they are expected to stay with wet hair. A little annoying.

Well kept property. Friendly staff. Room was good sized, clean and well laid out. A good location for my purposes. Although we didn't eat there, an IHOP's was right across the street and a burrito shop, too. Right next door was a CVS in case we needed anything. Fast food places were not far away either. So all in all a good spot for me.

At first the room smelled a little bit of like an old odor, but what are you gonna do, Crack a window, light a candle and move on. Would have loved a pool!!

The staff are amazing!! They were accommodating to my needs and they were very thorough. Just based on the staff, I would definitely stay here again!

We had to request a coffee pot, coffee and cups for our room. I had to leave my driver's license just so my husband and I could use the luggage porter. A lot of traffic but the hotel can't help it.

Less than good neighborhood. Some people hanging out in their cars in the parking lot. Breakfast was minimal.

One of the only two burners in the kitchen, that was non-functional, and the air conditioner was balky at best. to top things off the very loud and bright Strubing fire alarm went off at 5 AM for a total of 10 seconds. The host behind the front desk during my check-in was brusque as well.

Beds are hard as ever, it hurt to sleep.

The whole stay was pretty good, the staff was wonderful, the location was not bad at all, rooms were clean. The other guests were very friendly. Close to other stores. Breakfast was coffee instant cereal, cereal bars, and muffins. Some rooms have a kitchenette that's a plus.
