They gave us a room when we got up to tha room tha door was open n somebody was already checked in they gave us a handicap room it sinked in there

First room did not lock, second room not ready, 3rd room toilet did not flush. Had to use toilet down stairs. Washing machine not working so took towels from first room that didn’t lock. Other residents smoking indoors and at pool. Stayed here because it was pet friendly, staff friendly.

noisy dogs barking, someone banging on a pipe at 4 in the morning and and wish they at least offered coffee early enough for people needing to leave earlier than 7am.

Toilet seat was loose and two light bulbs were out. One of the lamps failed to work and the mattress didn't have a bed bug cover on it. Parking lot was dirty and the front entrance as well. Elevator was super slow.

There were bugs in my room I had to switch rooms the bathroom had rust still bugs and the sheets was not clean also the phone didn’t work in either room so I had to keep walking down with my complaints

AC didn't cool well, discovered the windows were open when we woke up the next morning, towels were dingy and the toilet seat had Sheetrock dust all over it from an obvious repair they had recently done.

The room was not as clean. Was not much variety in breakfast. Beds were too small.

Breakfast was horrible served waffles and no syrup. Eggs and toast. Basically like scraps. The pillows were actually sheets stuffed into pillowcases. The pullout bed looked like it was from outside.

I don’t like that whenever we arrived that evening we were able to enter the building through side entrance without a key because the door was broken. Once we arrived and went upstairs to our room the key did not work and the room door was also broken. I went downstairs and was told I had the wrong key for the wrong room and was given a new room number and key. When I went back upstairs and used the new key I opened the door and there was already another person in that room that I woke up. I felt very uncomfortable and unsafe at this location at this point but it was late at night so I had nowhere else to go. I went back down to the reception desk to inform the staff of what happened. She apologized and gave me another key to a new room. Once we finally got into a room the room was very dirty. The toilet had poop marks still in the toilet bowl, the bed had someone else’s hair all over pillow cases and sheets, and the towels smelled used. I would not recommend my family members to this location and highly believe someone should step in and take a look at management and how this place is being handled.

I like that the staff acknowledged their mistakes and took accountability. I like that we were able to park near the building.

I dropped one of my earrings so I had to move the dresser and look under the bed it was not very clean and had dog food under the dresser. Make sure all of your appliances work! My fridge did not work and had a bad smell the first night but when I told them it was resolved immediately. Also the elevator broke so we had to use the stairs for the most part.

The breakfast was really good.. the apple cinnamon pancakes were amazing
