The rooms were in desperate need of updates and repairs. The bath had old and peeling caulk, with rust/stains around the faucets. It just felt dirty. The beds were basic plain mattresses where you could feel the person next to you move. While it was nice to have a mini fridge it was not very clean and stank, we kept our food in our cooler. The ice machine also was not working.

Staff was friendly and quick with our check in. Location is right off the freeway so it is easy to access.

I normally don’t have a problem but our room wasn’t very clean. The bed was fine, floors fine, but the bathroom had hair all over, some spilt drippings on the wall, and a funky smell. We had gone down for extra pillows and I sat at the front desk for 15 minutes with no employee coming. Came back an hour or two later to ask for pillows and finally got someone but only had 1 pillow available which is totally fine.

The room apon first glance was nice but found the bathroom floor turned dirty when wet from the shower. Also, the carpet could use a good shampooing.

Location and cost were excellent values. Staff was helpful.

It was definitely in a place that was hard to find and the parking was not good. They allowed a diesel to park in front of our vehicle and we could not get out. The beds were so hard. You can’t even sleep on them. They were painful. it definitely was not worth the price. The staff you couldn’t even understand them. It was one thing if they have a hard time speaking English, but this person couldn’t even understand it even being on the phone I had to help her out with a conversation because she didn’t understand what he was saying when he asked her about pricing for a month.

The room seemed clean enough. The bathtub wasn't draining well during a shower. Beds were not very comfortable, and the continental breakfast didn't start till 7 but sucked anyway.

We had to break in to our room with the guest service attendant who didn't know how to communicate with us barely, the bath tub was standing water while taking a shower, smelled like stale water, there was mold/mildew on the shower mat

Woman who checked us out was great, lady who checked us in was a little unhelpful, seemed shy maybe? Breakfast was great, and the bed was comfy, lots of space. Good for a one night stay.

Bad smell in room like rancid pastries. Took sink a very long time to drain. Difficult for shower to keep water insides due to curtain improperly placed on wall. Toilet seat seamed like some kind of pediatric seat.

Missing blackout curtains in an east facing room. Declined to provide a different room. Management unresponsive. Property in poor condition/disrepair. Breakfast marginal. Routine cleaning not done. Carpets and entryway not clean. Very disappointing.

We didn't like just about everything else. I'm not a complainer and not real hard to please. but, this hotel! First, no elevator. Thankfully we were packed fairly light for a 2 night stay. I asked if anyone has ever had to cancel because they weren't able to get a suitcase up to the 2nd floor? Very sweet Kelli said, no, but I've carried suitcases up the stairs before. Second, the air blew 24/7 in the room because it barely put out cool air. Thankfully the weather during our stay in Post Falls was cool enough that the room didn't get too hot. Third, no ice! I guess by the evening of our last night the ice machine was fixed, but by then, I'd gone and bought a bag of ice. The carpets were dirty in the halls and torn in the stairwells. We didn't have any issues in our room other than the air conditioner, but we heard a variety of complaints from other guests as we'd pass through the lobby. With a little investment and TLC, this hotel could be a great stay in Post Falls!

The breakfast was good. Appreciated that there was a nice Continental breakfast provided. And most everything in the room was clean. The best part of the stay... was the hostess Kelli! Very friendly, personable, helpful, and worked as fast as she could to accommodate guests. She's a big asset to your hotel.
