The property was a little older, so there wasn’t a fitness room nor a pool. We were a little disappointed there wasn’t a fitness center, but my understanding is that there will be some upgrades in the future.

We liked the location and the delicious breakfast. The staff members were very warm and welcoming. We were in the area for my 50th high school class reunion, so we stayed three nights. We were able to get extra amenities when we needed them and appreciate the helpfulness of the staff.

The first room I was given had a non functional phone and the directv was offline.

The key cards are an ancient system. No one said not to put them next to my phone. Had to have them recharged 5 times. Only the first time were the cards near my phone. They never worked. I needed someone from the desk to open my door every time. My elderly uncle had to stand for several minutes every time while we waited for help. He's not a health man, so waiting was hard. You need more than one dolly cart. The morning we left it was no where to be found. I had to carry 2 oxygen canisters along with all of our belongings to our car. I have spinal issues, need a knee replacement and have foot issues. So it was hard for me. And the pillows, they weren't pillows, they felt like sheets rolled up into pillowcases. Those were the only issues I have. But for me, they were big. Otherwise, all the work you all are doing to improve the place are good. We will definitely be coming back.

More selection for cereal and maybe some hashbrowns. They only cleaned rooms every three days, so they did not clean at all during my three night stay. I had to ask for extra towels, which was fine.

Check in could have been better. The gentleman who checked me in was not very friendly and was not willing to apply my family member's military discount. He wasn't busy at all, no waiting.

Pool wasnt working-was offered a pool at a other hotel. Found used washcloth in shower. Bedsheets would not stay on.

The desk staff was exceptional. Very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The room was nice and comfortable and they arranged for our family to be on the same floor with rooms next to each other. It was a very pleasant stay.
