There should be exeusfan in each bathroom.

Not good cause there’s nothing fruits not like the other locations.we’re expecting the same but it’s not.The location is okay But there’s some like getto people stand by and noisy people, 4:am morning. There’s should be a security on this facility and much more safety. This comment is address to the manager.

Walked in smelled like smoke. Allergies kicked all night long. My kids had allergies to the smoke smell. Found a walking cock roach crawling on the refrigerator door handle. The stove top cover was rusty, the sink had pink nail polish stain and on counter. Moth and fly around the room. Toilet was plugged up… had to plunge toilet and left it. Told staff… hopefully will not get charged,lol. Told us a checking if they found a evidence of pets that we would be charged$200. Hmm… what if we found a cock roach checkin??? We literally flew in from Seattle @11pm and stated me pets at checkin! Totally disappointed! At least in Seattle,Wa our Extended Stay is very nice and very clean.

Too many barking dogs, I think the dogs should all be on one side of the building, not mixed in with non dog rooms. I know at least 2 rooms close to me had dogs on the second floor. The bathroom fan wasn't working and looked like it was ready to fall off the wall. Microwave was a little on the small side. The sofa was a little uncomfortable.

Location was close to my friends home, TV was nice, Shower was an OK size, Kitchen, especially the refrigerator was nice, Bed and Pillows were good. The front desk persons were very nice, I really liked them.

The pool was closed the time we were there. The hotel laundromat was not cleaned but the time I had gone to wash third time around the machine were cleaned off. But there wash were very high price and there dryer NEVER dried my clothes. I spend up to $12 on a small load of clothes. One more thing the property had trash outside.

The location was close to shopping business and food.

The counter lady could have been more selective when she said can't use my card but she has a look and almost smelled as she turned me away...I've never felt so belittled in my life...thanks guys... Class act

Wouldn't take my card so I didn't stay but while I was there I saw the lady behind the counter deny a black lady the use of the restroom then 10 mins later they opened the door for a Mexican man to use ...they claimed he was an employee but not in uniform and well dressed like a traveler ...when I said something they told me to mind my own business then I noticed the lady had taken her name tag off that's when I left...I wanted to report this to news channel 3 and still might....that's unacceptable and for her to tell me to mind my own business ...I'm very upset and have started to spread the word to all my friends who travel a lot and on my Facebook...this can't go in attended...employee or not...that lady was clean cut with her husband and was in diar straits and they cared not....nothing...cold ... I can only wish karma comes to them and you establishment if that's what is practiced there

Room smelled of smoke even though it was nonsmoking. Lighter was found in the pull out couch. Gap in door that allowed light to shine in making it not feel the safest.

Convenient location. Close to airport and options to eat. Front desk staff was very friendly!

I did not like the room itself. It seemed very dark and gloomy. It was very outdated which I think is part of why it was so dark and gloomy. Overall, it didn't seem like they kept the room very clean or cleaned it often. The couch was honestly disgusting. They need to make some renovations and upgrade some of the furniture.

The location was ok. There is a QT and plaza right across the street with a Fry's, Target and Costco as well as many restaurants. There was breakfast included which is always a plus. The room included a kitchen.

There's nothing really for me to dislike about this hotel

This hotel is in a great location, many stores and restaurants nearby. It's a great place to stay if you have kids like I do. The staff is always a pleasure to meet. Rooms are always clean and we feel comfortable everytime we stop and stay there. I would highly recommend

I left first night and slept In my car. I went back to take a shower and the key card didn’t even work, a dog was barking and jumping in the window next door. I went to tell staff to move me or accommodate for the issues and they were just sorry all booked excuse. Doubt it though. So I want a refund or I just fired the cc bill

liked nothing about the facilities. The room had a funky smell. The bathroom had mold in it. The staff was not helpful at all. I had someone try to get into my room while I was sleeping. Thankfully the latch was on. When I mentioned it to the morning staff they gave me attitude and said if the latch was on no one got in. But is that the point? I asked if they have random people with keys to rooms walking around and got attitude and not apologies and we will look into it. She seemed to think it was my fault somehow that someone opened my door while sleeping. This locations staff have no personalities. I walking in at about 9pm to go to my room and the lady at the desk sat there doing nothing saying nothing for a minute or 2. Then after the awkward stare at eachother she finally asked for my reservation not a hi how are you nothing just a look like I was ruining her night. To end this I have to say this location is probably one of the worst I've ever been in. Has great potential however the staff isn't the most personable. So fix the staffs attitude and clean the facilities has possibilities but the staff that I ran into should all be let go in my personal opinion. Get people that are customer service oriented not people that don't like talking to people to do their job. I'm not trying to get anyone in trouble but I am stressing that they need to either train the people or get new people. It's not a friendly place. I definitely would never ever stay here again. It's ruined my opinion against the whole brand of yours. I most likely will never stay at any of them again. Totally soured on your brand from the 1 location.

I didn't like anything the room's smoke awful like that didn't clean them very well I felt that the beds weren't changed and I felt that most of the staff members were very rude and racist towards me and my significant Other
