The staff real bad service they didn't give me a room i was discriminated

One night kids were stomping on floor above our head one night . Woke us up at 1am and 6am. There was a soccer team and football in house at same time. I feel it was them being roudy.

Room and building were beat up, bed was squishy and lumpy. Continental breakfast was unhealthy, limited in options, not particularly enjoyable.

Everything was great, my service dog was very comfortable, too, She is very sensitive , but was comfortable there. Sometimes i wonder who is taking care of who...The breakfast was good.

Old and very run down. Dirty carpets, the facility needs painting or be torn down. Makes me question how Booking.com does its ratings.

The price was absolutely ridiculous for this class of hotel, the room, and amenities. It was SO LOUD. We could hear every single word people were saying in the hallway and around our room. The ironing board was old and broken. The pillows were very uncomfortable and one was not even a pillow... it was a pillow case oddly stuffed with what seemed to be a mini throw pillow or combination of a bunch of pillowcases inside. So odd!

The location is great. The staff was nice and friendly, and the rooms were fairly clean otherwise.

Staff was so friendly and helpful. Always greeted me in lobby. Leak in shower was fixed right away. No problem getting extra towels. Breakfast was good and staff kept dining room clean and stocked. Great experience!!

Staff was rude. I was questioned about being a guest when I showed proof I didn't even get an apology wtf. The room wasn't very clean and was falling apart the AC filter looked like it wasn't clean all summer!

First, i think that any any guests that have younger children should be on First floor rooms only. It is hard to sleep after a long day of driving and kids in the room above you are running and jumping on the floor. We had to contact the front desk every night because the kids above were jumping and running in the room above us between 9 and 1030 pm Also, we noticed when a little water was spilled on the floor and wiped it up that appeared that the floor had not been cleaned in along time..Our feet were black after a few hours of walking around and you could see it was filthy. I made mention to the desk that the maid staff were not mopping the floors in the room and the bathroom was mot clean .The sheets were fine and bed comfort was good. I believe more quality control by a manager after the rooms are cleaned randomly before rooms are re-used. I took a wet had towel and layed it on the floor and pushed it around the entire floor with my foot and after the floor was completely wiped down the towel was totally black with dirt. I estimate that floor had not been mopped at all in weeks... I was disgusted that it was that dirty. I have stayed at several Quailty inns in the past and always liked the quality and staff and free breakfast and other services, but this time I felt I was let down for the amount of money we spent. I feel the room should have been cleaner....

My son, and mother-in-law hurt their leg because there was a piece of metal sticking out of the damn bed. What the hell is that?! My son could’ve died! We let him crawl around and when i went to lay on the bed I hit my ankle on it pretty bad.

The television in the room didn't have a connection to the cable network, so I couldn't watch it. Would have been after being out all day anyway. I used the pool to get in at least one workout while traveling. I was able to swim short laps in it. The pool looked wider in the hotel pictures than the actual dimensions. Still, a refereshing change of pace in activities.

Breakfasts were great. It took a moment or two to realize that syrup (used for waffles from waffle maker) were in condiment packages instead of a pouring container. Another moment to find the packages of Tabasco sauce (used for scrambled eggs, omelettes). After that, couldn't think of anything more to ask. Comfortable room. Used a car to commute to Eugene- relatively easy and close drive.

The room we got was horrible. Small, felt like the carpet was dirty, and the bathtub was so dirty looking that we wouldn’t even use it to shower. We could hear the people and their children, all night. The elevator made so much noise that, it was scary to use. This property was in a great location, but it is severely out dated, and needs a complete renovation to bring it up to standards. Popcorn ceilings, really, in the rooms?! The carpets need to be replaced. And it smelled.

The breakfast was very good. The young woman, was nice and she did a great job, getting the breakfast ready for the travelers. This was the best part of the trip.

Room smelled very musty, carpet was stained. It felt unclean. Air conditioner and refrigerator were loud, preventing a good night's rest. Refrigerator didn't have a temp guage, it was broken off, so my drinks froze overnight. Breakfast food was bad. Powdered eggs, etc.

Bed was comfortable and staff was nice. Great price if you aren't looking for anything fancy.

Everything! This property is old, not well maintained, needs remodeling. Our room had an unpleasant odor to it, and almost impossible to clean something that aged and used. It doesn't appear to be well staffed; it was just an uncomfortable stay. We booked a double queen room, and they gave us a single queen. When we arrived and told them, they didn't have any double queens left. Never again!

We liked NOTHING about this property, and we were so turned off by the property itself, we would never eat the breakfast they provided. We typically stay at finer hotels, but all were full due to the Nike Outdoor Track event.

The room was to small, the bathroom was way to small no shower curtain & when we did get one it smelled like dog urine, the tv didn't have a guide & the was a homeless man living outside & he was cleaning himself near the kids
