United StatesPricing is a little higher than we like, but for rooms in Branson this time of year, it's expected. Minor complaint - The ice machine on the 4th floor stayed primarily empty throughout our stay. Only 1 elevator is available for all 4 floors, and staff also use it, so wait times are a little long.
The lobby is beautiful, and the rooms are comfortable and clean. The hotel is centrally located with easy access to Route 76, downtown Branson, and Branson Landing.

We've stayed here in the past. We requested a ground-floor room and they accommodated us with our request. It was nice and convenient to parking. The room itself was quiet and it was nice to come into a nice cool room after a day in the heat.

The location was perfect, the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful with all of my needs. The room was spacious, the beds were so comfy, and the breakfast was wonderful. I loved that the pool, hot tub and sauna were open until midnight, that was definitely a plus!!!

United StatesI saw a spider in the bathroom and I saw 2 ants on my bed, so there may be a need for pest control.
I liked that the room was large, clean bathrooms and bedroom. The travel agent staff/gift shop attendant, Lindsey , was super nice and the other lady with darker hair was so helpful too! We ordered tickets with both ladies there at Comfort Inn and Suites and that was an awesome service.

Great location with easy access, super amenities with indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, game room. (Great for families.) Enjoyed the afternoon lemon-infused water offered in the lobby and a super breakfast. (There was also a busyness guide to help plan when to get to breakfast-which we appreciated since we had a schedule to keep that day.) We didn’t get to check it out this time but there is also a nice trail and picnic area on the property. ALL staff were kind and helpful!

Our room and the facilities were very clean. Beds were extremely comfortable. They served a delicious breakfast every morning with coffee always available. The staff was very friendly (Scarlett was so gracious) and welcoming. They played uplifting music. Very calm and relaxing atmosphere. We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub which were also very clean with towels provided. We will definitely return.
