Free wi-fi was pretty poor, so really didn't support streaming or working remotely from the hotel. The other thing is I wished the cookware was already in the room when you arrived so you didn't have to go to the front desk and bring it all back. Also would be nice if they provided sponges to wash the dishes with.

Location was good for what I was looking for in the area. Check in was very simple and the hotel had the amenities I needed for the most part.

The TV didn't work and the bathroom shower would clog up.

There was no breakfast, just coffee and snack bars. The halls smelled from people cooking especially fish!!

There were a couple of things..... Coffee maker, I had to go buy my own because apparently I was suppose to reserve one which I didn't know. I requested a room close to my brother. Didn't happen My sis in law needed a cart to haul in things for handicapped husband. I helped her take in 3 loads carrying. No cart. They told her that. 3 days later I see a cart. Getting my own pots and pans with no dish soap weird. The remote I had them change the battery, I don't think that remote is for the tv in the room.

The signage was hard to see. The front door was hard to tell if it was the motel I was aiming for. The location was ample as it was near everything. The room was clean as we waited for the maid to finish cleaning when we arrived. I was suppose to be near my brother. I was in 210 they were in 130 a floor and opposite side of building. I was very disappointed since that was requested from the very beginning and I asked when we arrived and they said the room assignments were not complete.

Breakfast was terrible. A picture showed full continental breakfast. Instant oatmeal and muffins were it. No fruit or juice or even yogurt. Very disappointing.

The ODOR. Zero accommodations. With breakfast, only oatmeal was offered. Also my room needed to be cleaned a couple days in because we had made a mess and they said they could not clean unless we had been there 2 weeks

The staff was amazing. The odor was awful. The accommodations were horrible. The staff were great and very friendly and helpful. Overall we will probably stay here again.

When we shower the tub would fill up with water and water would not go down the drain for like five minutes. We did pull the stopper up so that wasn’t the issue. I think the drain was clogged. The other things were when we open the drapes we noticed that the windows were open slightly. We had a hard time trying to close them.

We liked the kitchen in the room. As for breakfast, what breakfast? We got up early to go down to the lobby to get breakfast and was told by the guy at the counter. There’s coffee, muffins and breakfast bars that was it. We got up early for that. We would have slept in a little longer.

Skimpy breakfast. Cereal had run out. Coffee luke warm. Hot water for chocolate packet ok. No hot food. No fruit.

Staff were friendly. Clean appearance inside and out. Good size room with cooking facility and fridge for longer stays. Quiet room. Clean but not perfect.

The only issue I had was check in exactly at 3pm. No sooner even if the room was available. And the breakfast was just oatmeal. Thought it would be at least pancakes or waffles.

I loved the suite! Full fridge, stove, and the front desk supplied the cooking items I needed.
