Rude man next to us who lives there. Lied saying our kids were loud every min n calling to complain ever when kids were asleep or we was not even in the hotel. We only were there for breakfast n to sleep the other times we were out to eat or sight seeing!!
Friendly staff esp morning breakfast lady she really went out of her way as we were leaving to head 4 hrs back home.

Picked this property based on the price listed on the website. When I checked in, I found that the rates changed every day. The only time I ever had rate changes during a stay was on weekends.

There were some helicopters working next door ,delivering building materials to a lot, it was not the facilities fault, but it did make it difficult to rest during the day, we're elderly and nap in the day, but they did stop at a decent hour, about 6pm

We are local and we’re staying there due to flooding. Just because we were local there was $150 deposit charge. I understand all hotels do deposits but to take advantage of locals during a natural disaster was ridiculous in my opinion. I understand the fee on a normal day but there were people without homes that were scrapping every dime to be able to stay just one night and then have a big deposit added to them was sad. As we were checking in the lady at the counter was nice but she was FaceTiming (im assuming the manager) who proceeded to say “she can leave if she doesn’t want to pay”. As I replied to her- it’s not that I was going to leave, I just think it’s ridiculous for a “local” charge during a natural disaster. The lady on the phone was very rude and unprofessional. Overall, stay was nice. It kept us and our two kids safe, warm, and a place to sleep till we could get to our home due to flooding. I just wish they would have been more considerate for the locals during this time.
Facility is good, rooms are clean, pool area is nice.

There was very little I didn't like. The bed could have been a bit firmer maybe. There was a tiny bit of wear and tear in the room, but it was overall very clean and comfortable.
The staff was so friendly and accommodating! I appreciated their hospitality and kindness so much. The rooms were also very warm, which was great because it was frigid outside. Breakfast was lovely and filling. So thankful they're pet friendly!!!

Toilet was clogged up and wouldn’t flush drain in shower was slow draining kinda a pain Kinda a shame you pay good money for a room then have to deal with the issues like that wouldn’t be so bad for one night but a pain in the ass for a 3 day stay with 2 little kids probably wont stay again even with the reasonable accommodation and price

The mattress was a little hard. It would also be nice if the lemon infused water was available all day.
The breakfast choices were suitable for many different tastes and diets. The fitness room was clean and had enough equipment for a good workout. Having previously stayed here, it was a nice surprise to have the staff remember you!

Like it all pretty well, may be so for some updates but it’s comfortable and clean.
Easy location to get to. Stayed here a few times, it’s always clean and they allow pets.

Requested towels on Saturday morning as we were leaving. She wrote it down. NO TOWELS AND WASHCLOTHS WHEN WE RETURNED LATER IN THE EVENING. Needs DAILY straightening/ tidying, beds etc.

Hot water in the shower was average. Warm and didn't really ever get hot. Hotel was just recently re-modeled so should have been better.
Breakfast was ok. Could use some coffee creamer instead of just the powered packages. Juice machine was out of order. Hotel location was good to where I needed to work.

The Booking.com app didn't offer any discount for seniors or military. Also it didn't give us the option to tell the hotel that we were bringing our dog. We were charged an additional $30 for the dog, and our card was billed twice, once before we arrived and again after we arrived. It was reimbursed but caused us a problem with our bank account. The breakfast was not very good. Powdered eggs and sausage that was awful. They did however offer biscuits that were good, gravy that was palatable, and fresh fruit.

Lighting in room could have been better.
Breakfast is as fair, had some yogurt and fresh fruit options which were nice. There was also eggs, pancakes, biscuits, gravy, etc. Pet staying in room was an additional $30.
