The services. One lady staff by the name Vicky was terrible. She harassed and intimidated was so badly. She claimed to be the manager and as such, she attempted to go against the contract policies of the rented rooms to the appoint that she called police on us. Fortunately, police arrived and found out that she has no case and discarded her lies.

Horrible water pressure in the shower. No sheer curtain (at ground level, my only option was total darkness or full exposure). Breakfast was laughable. Not a meal, not breakfast. A bad snack at best. It's billed as a suite, but there were NO dishes. Not even a cup for water.

Their had tiny roaches, and the bed messed up my back I had to get heat pads and ultimately end up at a chiropractor

Old, run down, non smoking but smell of smoke, the “free” breakfast is a joke and would hardly be considered a breakfast.

Unfriendly staff, didn't show me to my room, didn't give me shampoo. I rate her work 2/10. The hotel is old, needs renovation.

The room is old but comfortable. Pets are allowed, free parking, there is a refrigerator and a microwave. Comfortable bed and chair. Quite clean, but needs repair. If you ask, they will give you shampoo and shower gel.

The lack of TV channel choices, and the repletion of the same movies over and over, but you have to take into consideration that I stayed for 13 weeks, for someone only staying the night or a few days or a week, that is not going to be an issue.

Love the kitchenette and curtains, bathroom was great, plenty of drawers and shelves to put clothes and things, great tables and work space for computer. Nice carpet and overall things appeared relatively new, not older looking like one sees in a lost of hotels and motels.

My bed was too soft. They don't give you anything. They hardly have pots and kitchen assessors like the other locations. The other locations give u everything to cook, eat from, cutting boards, dishes etc. When you ask for things there, they look at you like you're speaking a foreign language. As though you shouldn't ask. They don't offer anything ! But advertise; your home away from home options. Other than this, it was fine. Pretty clean was why we stayed.

Location is good. Quiet for most part. Laundry was clean and working and available to use. Rooms were clean. Hallways were okay. Close to freeway and Walmart, grocery stores and dollar store are good options to get needed items. And within walking distance. Quiet facility. Staff was nice.

My bed was too soft. Could hardly turn over. They had nothing to offer for assessments. No dishes, silver, pots, cups nothing! They gave us a plastic spoon! Are you kidding me? 1 luggage cart and I couldn't find it.

Clean and decent. Room did seam like someone may have been smoking in there. Halls were clean smelling. Room was very clean. Staff was nice.

Nothing I don’t like about the property, even parking on the backside because the front side is full wasn’t a hassle. The only tini tiny issue is the plunger, it broke when I went to request it and then no one else followed up on the when the new one will be available or when maintenance/plumber will be there to fix it.

It was within decent distant from other stores like the Asian market, the gas station as well as Walmart. The building itself from the outside looks beautiful and welcoming!

price is too high, but LA prices are ridiculous everywhere and for everything. I'm pretty must happy here, or I'd have stayed elsewhere.

Being disabled, there are a lot of things I wish this place provided that they don't, restaurant, room service, that would make life here a little easier, but having a kitchen mostly makes up for that.

I didn’t like that I had to go downstairs to ask for shampoo and the poor lady at the front had to switch between doing laundry and attending the front desk. I also had to switch rooms because the first room the bathroom light was not working.

The property was clean and quiet. I do appreciate the fridge and mini kitchen in case it’s needed.
