Beds were extremely uncomfortable! Bathroom needed handrails in shower. Would like it if housekeeping would check room each day and empty wastebaskets and pick up dirty wet towels and provide clean ones! Oh! No elevator not very well mentioned when booking! Can’t do stairs very well and thankfully a young man in line behind me offered to switch rooms which was greatly appreciated!

The hallway and fire doors at the end of the hallways were a bit shabby. We were concerned the room would be the same, but we were very pleased with how nice and comfortable the room was.

The room seemed to have been updated recently. It was comfortable and clean. Quiet even being so close to the interstate.

Nice little place for a quick stay ! The pool smells very strongly of chemicals and the rooms near it also have a smell. Luckily we stayed a few rooms away otherwise I could see that being an issue. Staff was welcoming but when we had an issue getting into our room they told me to go back and try again- mind you it was after 10pm and I was traveling with 2 children and we just wanted to go to bed. It still didn't work so they ended up switching us to a different room. I wish they would have just done that the first time instead of me hauling all of our stuff up and down stairs(there are no elevators). But overall it was fine for a quick night's stay.

Parking is a bit difficult, there aren't enough spaces towards the front of the building, especially if you have a room at the front or east of the building. However, I also understand that due to the layout of the area, parking is difficult.

The location is great! It's next to a Pilot Travel Center, a few restaurants and right off the highway. The town is just on the other side of the highway, with access to other gas stations and restaurants.

Someone had run a vehicle into the overhang in front of the building. As it is barely hanging on to the building you still had to walk under it to check in. By no means did it look safe to walk under. Breakfast, well if you made a waffle or stuck to the sausage it was good. The biscuits, gravy and eggs where not very good.

The staff was very friendly and eager to help. Definitely want to give Trish recognition for going above and beyond. We rented a poolside room. I have a bad back and was looking forward to the hot tub. We got to use it the 1st night with only a few jets working. The 2nd and 3rd night it was completely out of order. With no hesitation Trish upgraded us to a whirlpool suite so I was able to relax my back after working. Thank you

Lighting could have been brighter but that's about it.

Location, pretty clean, nice pool and hot tube though I didn't use them because of tight schedule but I looked at them when going to breakfast room. The food/breakfast was good but the time frame for breakfast was way to short unless you like getting up real early. The coffee machine was broken so the one I was really looking forward to having my 3 cups of Joe didn't happen, everything else like rolls, cereal, waffles, scrambled eggs and sausage, 4 different types of juices and couple other things were good and looked good as well. So I was very happy with my stay and cost was Very Reasonable too compared to other hotels right by them. They had a nice friendly pub there and the prices were very reasonable for well made drinks. The bartender Adam was very cool and knew pretty much everyone in there so I figure it's a nice local hangout and they had alot of different types of entertainment including Dart Leagues, draws, raffles, gambling machines etc. So a good time I had hanging out there for awhile. Yes when in the area next time I would stay there again no problem.

Rooms were clean and updated. The pool area needed a little more update but assuming it will come with time. All in all the staff was super friendly, easy check in and no issues.
