The first room smelled like sex and smoke. I reported it to the staff and they switched our rooms . We had 3 rooms they al had the same issues.

Floor in the room was very dirty and I had to wear shoes at all times. Furniture was old and chipped up. Price was quite high for condition of the property.

Comfortable bed and big, clean bathroom. Refrigerator was very good and made ice quickly. Location was very convenient. Staff was excellent.

No ice machines we had to go buy ice, I had reservations for a king size bed . When I got there and into the room it was 2 Queen size beds . Give me what I reserved.

This seems to be a place for section 8 people. Had to drag dirty towels to downstairs every day to get clean towel. Drug paraphernelia found in drawer of first room they tried to give us. Girl on something sitting in hallway and crying. paramedics were called. TThis place is NOT for tourists.

Small cigrates pieces nearby entrance gate. Guest not doing clean of pets pooh nearby entrance gate. Coffee maker and toaster are not available as per number of rooms. I got after 5/6 days toaster. coffee maker did not get it till last day.

Daily Menu of breakfast is same. Need to change in menu on daily basis. Need a one place to sit and enjoy the breakfast as well takeaway.

I got a speeding ticket while exiting towards Niagara Falls. Boulevard. Apparently, this is practically inevitable, and it seems like an unnecessary level of enforcement in my opinion, I'm not the only one who shares this sentiment however, it's not that big of a deal in the end. Just an unnecessary expense and inconvenience that seems to occur with higher frequency in this particular area. Seeing as the staff can't pick the hotel up and move it into the town of tawanawda, certainly the blame does not lay on them. Overall, I was very happy with my stay. I will be back.

This place obviously doesnt enforce quite times kids running around, pleople slamming doora and partying in the parking lot until 4am. Looks like the get gov't subsidies to house meth addicts wirh their kids. Plumber mustve ben dyslexic because H means C in all water fixtures here- didnt find out until after my cold shower. All for $150 a night? Got to be F'ing kidding me.

The room had non working lamps, broken chairs and tables, an unstable toilet, and cover. Dresser with broken drawer and top of it all on the bottom of the wall a rug on glued. Last, shortage of linens and towels, I was told to wait to the next morning. The worst hotel stayed not worth the money paid.

Horrific. Trying to get full refund as there were bugs, (was bitten” it was filthy dirty, broken ac, broken window that allowed fumes from people smoking drugs outside the window cone into the room. No luck with regular d YET. Nothing available in the “full kitchen”. I mean Completely empty . No fishes no pans no coffee maker no uti self. NOTHING.Went to front desk and they said “ first come first serve “ No breakfast available as was advertised. No coffee. The entire hotel was fifth. Sneaked so bad that had to hold nose while walking to the room . Toilet broke and could not get anyone at front desk after calling for 1 hour. Even tried to call as a new reservation and still no answer. Shower water faucet was broken. Handles from dresser broken and hanging off. This was the worst hotel stay I have ever had and they charged be over 300 per night. I have called their corporate to complain x3 and still no answer to my complaint I had to go stay in another hotel at $150 per night after toilet broke. So out alit of money for “ a gutter” I recommend that you remove this hotel from you app. I told corporate that they should go visit this location and they would be horrified

Many thing, as when we entered in the room there was very stinky smell and the carpet was waity and even we told this to receptionist they were not able to accept. Such a bad experience we got. In the name of breakfast they were provide only muffins and coffee. We spent almot $447 for 2 days, so for this much of money it's not worth. I would say the hotel rent should be between $80 to $90 per day max. My money was deducted 2 times and now frontdesk not even answring on that. Still waiting for their response on resolution.

The smell. The people. Dogs running around the hallways. We did not sleep her. We checked out after we got back from our function and found a new place to stay. This was horrible and I felt dirty when I left

Nothing. This place was disgusting. As soon as you walk in the carpets are dirty, staff is confused. Hallways smelled like cigarettes and mildew. When we walked into our room it smelled like an ashtray the sheets were stinky as well.

Someone was in my room after I left to go shopping and I believe the cleaning person let who ever it was in my room unknowingly. So I did have some small thing missing but again I know that cleaning staff can not recognize or know everybody that is in a room.

Room had a terrible odor. Even after I put an air freshener in. Step up to tub/shower is not at all handicapped friendly. Old rusty refrigerator. Handicapped room was upstairs and way down the hall from the elevator. Very hard for my 90 year old husband. We left a day early, even though it was paid for.

It was roomy. Bed was comfortable.
