No cooking utensils available which defeats the point of choosing this place. They should have enough equipment available. Also no ice machine. “Continental” breakfast was terrible. Cheap offerings. Bad coffee. Fire alarm testing at 9 am was unpleasant. Could have happened later.

We had 2 queen rooms, but the beds are not really queens! It's a double or full bed, just like the ones in the 2 double bed rooms. They shouldn't be calling it a Queen room. I measured them. Also, there is no shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There was soap though. We still had to ask for shampoo, but no conditioner.

The changes I requested to change a queen room to 2 double beds did not show in their system. I like that they were able to fix the room issue by adding another queen room free of charge.

It was the Cheesiest breakfast I've ever seen. It's more like coffee and a prepackaged muffin. Vending machines are a rip-off $2.75 for a candy bar. Water pressure in the shower was non-existent.

The breakfast consisted of coffee (which was good) , packaged muffins which were old and dry, instant oatmeal and breakfast bars. No fruit ! Was not my cup of tea. Also. Next to the freeway, noisy Toilet seat was about to come off.

There was a small broken eyeglass lens under the sheets which makes me assume blankets weren't changed. Toilet seat had a blood stain on the rim of toilet seat. I didn't want this to ruin my New Years so I slept on top of blankets and squatted when I had to use restroom.

EVERYTHING you need like dishes, bathroom stuff and necessities you need go get it at the front desk. The front desk Older Lady doesn't have the front desk attitude . I felt like asking her for stuff, it's a like pulling Teeth. She didn't want to be bugged.

It's the location. It's closest to old time Temecula. It had a bowling alley/pool/bar right across the way. There's food places all around. 20 mins away from the vineyards. Great Price!

the staff ringing me up gave me a total price that differed from online by a couple hundred dollars, told me my total that was near a grand. added on a hundred. I took off one day and talked to somebody else and got my room for 400 dollars less. I dont appreciate being jipped out of my cash because Customer service thinks they can press buttons.

Staff were nice they let me check in earlier without paying the early check in fee so that was a plus but the breakfast was not what I had thought it would be it was just snack bars and muffins and coffee if that couldn't be something that's fixed

Everything is rundown , and needs to be updated. too many randoms/ locals walking around the hotel and just standing at the front.

It wasn’t clean I didn’t want to make a fuss so I just left. I think there was pubic hair on the night stand where u put the envelope where it shows u who is on ur floor if u need anything but I also seen hair in the bathroom that wasn’t mine so that was gross.

The ppl are super friendly guest and staff so it was a great experience.
