For handicap people would be nice to be closer to the front door & elevator.

A little inconvenient due to reconstruction. But the construction crew was very accommodating and clean.

Simple breakfast but adequate. The hotel was convenient to access from roadway and destination.

Non-cotton sheets are way too hot to sleep in. Insufficient outlets near the bed nightstand, and they were non-functional. Bathroom vent fan was underpowered.

Room was nicely dark to sleep in, couch was great, sink and coffee area outside bathroom was a great touch. Freezer in the fridge was very useful. Room was very clean, breakfast was fantastic, especially due to staff attitude.

I wish the pool area was more up to date with style. Shower would be nice to have it updated. Jacuzzi was not working half of our trip…. That was the main reason we booked so we can enjoy morning and night an indoor pool and spa…

I loved the staff! They were so kind and very helpful. I wish I could give a shout out to certain staff for their amazing work. The location was in the middle of so many restaurants, the breakfast had so many delicious choices. I appreciate the coffee and hot chocolate packets being available after breakfast hours because my daughter and I needed a nice hot drink after a long day.

front desk clerk who checked us in was not friendly, very sharp with her words. asked very bluntly for CC & photo ID. Did not explain hours of breakfast or wi-fi password, just handed over room keys. no one else was in line so time was not a factor.

Room was a little to warm, eventually turned down thermostat to 60, Were at home I adj. mine too 68 might be your thermostat is off or heat from hallways is to high and entering under room door

I requested a pet-free room, as a member of our family is allergic to dogs, and we've had experiences elsewhere with finding pet hair in rooms. Upon clinically opening the door to our room, we were overcome with what felt like a wall of fragrance that was stomach-turning. It was a strong fragrance of trees, that seemed to be attempting to mask the odor of urine, and possibly dogs. One of my children started to have watering eyes and headache immediately. The odor was so strong, I wondered if it would permeate our luggage. Fortunately, the front desk attendant was able to get us a different room a couple doors away, so we didn't have to cart our things all over the property. He asked me to check the room before accepting. It was amazing how devoid of smell that room was upon opening the door. As someone who has worked in housekeeping, the amount of chemical used in the first room was shocking. It was clearly not a "clean" smell, it was being used as a masking agent to cover something that was not clean. I am not sure where the source of the odor was coming from in the room, but it should have not been listed as available for booking until a thorough deep cleaning.

Convenient location, easy to get to, and close to the hospital. Front desk clerk was thorough and efficient, and handled our request for a room change promptly and with grace. Breakfast had a decent selection of items, and was very clean and tidy. There were ample towels available at the pool. We appreciated being given the bedding for the pull-out couch and didn't mind putting it on, so we knew it was fresh, since pull-outs can often go for long periods unused and can trap debris.

We were given a room at the very end of the hotel on the 2nd floor and the noise from the generator was so loud at times it woke us up several times during the night. We did not sleep well. The bottom of the bathroom door appears to have been damaged by water and showed a lot of damage. The room needs some serious upgrades.

The pool and hot tub were shut down, which is the main reason we booked Comfort Suites. Their remedy? Walk next door and use the facilities at Holiday Inn Express. Better than nothing, but inconvenient

Prices seem a little high but I guess that’s like most places during a local event or game. The carpets have a smell but wasn’t a big deal. Pool was under construction, again wasn’t needed for our trip. The noise from upstairs was a little loud (room was close to the stairs) but I wasn’t too bothered by it.

The property location was great for my stay. Came for a game at UO and was close/easy drive. Plenty of food options. Gas and shopping close by. Clean outside and plenty of parking. The staff was great! I was pleased with my stay and will be coming back. Breakfast had great options! It was a great way to start our day. Something for everyone.

Wallpaper was peeling off the walls in the bathroom, mold on the ceilings throughout the room and bathroom, the bathroom door is peeling across the bottom, there is a smell of dirty feet when you walk in and two big screws in the wall for no obvious reason. The room is worn down and in need of repair.

The bathroom was tiny for a Kind Suite room but other than that things were up to expectations. We weren't planning to use it but the pool was closed (they did offer for us to use the facilities at other hotels bear by!)

The pillows! They provide the small square sized pillows that are way too small.
