Didn’t like the fact I paid for the hotel for multiple Nights online I get there and the lady made it seem like I did not pay she was very un trained on the proper procedure as another customer that’s been there multiple times had to help. Finally after 15 mins of figuring this out and the worker telling me I didn’t pay it was finally resolved. Then she proceeded to tell me if caught smoking in my room it’s a 200 fee when one I don’t smoke and two the whole building smelled heavily of smoke!! It was Smokey walking through the hallways. When arriving I had to wait almost 23 minutes for anyone to even come check us in. As we’re checking in there was a plant that was over watered so there was water everywhere as my bag got wet. This was where we chose to stay for my wedding bc it seemed good online but getting there was a whole other story. I’m not asking for anything but next time you might not have a group of people as calm as we were. That was extremely stressful!

The room wasn't vacuumed and bathroom floor was sticky behind the door. I asked if someone could vacuum while I was out one day, and it wasn't done. Ended up wearing shoes the whole time while in the room. The drawers had dirt and hair in them, wasn't able to use them for anything. Towels were not good, very rough.

Toilet had feces all over the seat when I checked in. Empty beer cans under the sink. There were no pots, pans, plates, silverware or coffee maker in the room. Car alarm in the parking lot sounding every night in the early AM.

Honestly the whole place smelled of mold and the room itself smelled a little of fish. The scent was unpleasant enough to keep us up. The air was moist and we were missing a blanket. It was just not a comfortable stay.

This hotel is beat up. The remote control didn't work and when we went to the desk to ask for a new one, they said they did not have any. There was limited parking and really no parking for a truck and small trailer so we parked along the side of the driveway into the hotel. The room had a rapid smell and although it was non smoking it still smelled like smoke. You cannot blame the cleaning staff since it is hard to clean something so old (from the 70's for sure) Defiantly not a good value for the money.

The staff was friendly and it was easy to get to a dining establishment by walking. Nice towels.

The room was HORRIBLE! Stains everywhere, dirty socks under the bed(we brought our puppy who found it), silicone bra fillers?(keepin it pg), pills on the floor the puppy found. THANKFULLY she did not eat any.

The front desk clerk. Super friendly guy even at midnight when we got there. We had a trailer on my car and he showed us where we could park. Cute room.

Hair was all over the bathroom, including the tub. Towels weren't clean, noticed hair and make up on them.

Unfortunately the room was not cleaned very well. Because we were only staying one night and I was too tired to complain, I never said anything while we were there.

The front desk employee (Jennifer) was super nice and accommodating. The check in was easy and quick. The location was great. It was Near plenty of restaurants and shops.

The phone in my room was broken. The TV remote either needed new batteries or needs clear instructions for operation. The door handle to my room was loose. That is a security issue.

They also lie, they said it was ok to go put more money on my card and when I went to go do that they gave my wife 10 mins to get our stuff out, and the manager laughed and was on the phone laughing about what he was doing and the owner was putting him up to do it, on top of that he asked my wife if she slept with him we could stay my wife cried for hours... That place needs shut down the people need fired.. I'm pressing charges

I didn’t like anything about the property asides from the staff. Facility wasn’t well maintained.

It does not look at all like what was offered when we reserved. It is filthy, hall smells like cigarette smoke, bed sheets are dirty and surfaces were not even wiped down. The shower curtain is disgusting. Room was never vacuumed. We had to open the windows to air it out and buy a plug in air freshener. We bought wipes to clean. We should have left but we had already paid and needed to get to my son’s university event in time.
