The desk staff was not very energetic or responsive. The outside looked abandoned.

The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The location was good for getting where we wanted to go.

The $200 price for one night was a bit extreme for the location. I called the hotel direct for reservation and they must have transferred me to booking.com. I was told I could not get my military or other discount because it went thru Booking.com. This was a bait and switch tactic that I don't appreciate. I asked when I made the reservation and was told I could get military discount. Will write this in my review. There was NO writing/note paper/pen in the room; some of the sockets didn’t work. No cheap shower cap. Tissue box was empty after pulling about 5 Tissues.

The breakfast was fine. Had a good variety. One of the waffle makers was not working properly so had to wait to use the working one.

I didn't like the fact that breakfast is in another building even though there is skywalk access. Also the pictures online are very misleading.

The breakfast choices were good. The eggs and potatoes were not the best. The potatoes were too browned. The coffee was extremely hot if one was staying to eat in the seating area. Cereal, bread, yogurt, applesauce choices were good.

The room was extremely humid. I wondered whether the AC was working properly. It was very off putting having Fox News as their default hotel channel.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was nice. I needed to extend my stay and staff were very accommodating. There was also a nice variety for breakfast.
