That there wasn’t a curfew set for just when kids needed to be out of the pool and lounge area. 10pm is a great curfew for that area to be cleared, but it would have been more enjoyable for adults if kids had to be out of the area around 8pm.

We loved that it had the lounge and pool area. Bonus was the attached Mexican restaurant!

The layout was weird. I really don't understand why someone would pay extra for a "pool view" room because all that means is the hallway looks out over the indoor pool and is very humid.

Hotel was clean with a fine breakfast, and the common space (used to be a dinner club) looked like it would be great for certain groups, especially with kids.

This is a very clean property! I think our room had been pretty recently remodeled. Beds are not overly comfortable, but they aren't terrible either. The shower is only meant for someone 6' maximum. (#1 pet peeve of this tall person!) We'd stay again if we were in the area. We had to leave very early in the morning, so we didn't partake in breakfast.

There was a strong electrical smell in the lobby that we notified the front desk about and the light to right of the bathroom mirror was flickering off and on every few minutes.

Online said restaurant attached. However after reservation and checked in found restaurant closed for renovations. Small lounge with some bar food and drinks on property closed early . Didn’t like $250 extra charge put on my credit card in case of damage to room and handed paper at checkin warning me to not make noise and upon second warning I would be removed. As a 71 year old retired senior military officer I found this offensive and in traveling my entire life all over the world have NEVER seen this before. Very strange????

The pillows could be larger and fluffier. Despite being an accessible room, we were surprised to see that there were no instructions in Braille anywhere in the room. That seems an oversight.

Very clean room in a quiet location. We had a wheelchair-accessible room although we didn't request it and liked the fully walk-in shower.

The accomodations in the room were clean but my husband was handicapped and breakfast was at the opposite end from his handicapped room and when I went to get our breakfast at 9 am and breakfast was supposed to be until 9:30 am ... everything was gone. We did not get breakfast!! Also, getting to where the breakfast was served was like a maze. I found my way there eventually but had trouble finding my way back. For two people in our 70's, we would not recommend this hotel. It is made for younger people who are not disabled. Staff were very nice when my husband left his jeans in the chest of drawers they kept them until our daughter picked them up. I would recommend for young people but not for people our age.

I did not like the fact that the restaurant and the Longbranch Steakhouse were permanently closed even though there were posters around the hotel advertising them and they were listed on the website. I expected to eat at one of the restaurant while I was there. Also, I was not told that the pool was soon far are my room. I had a knee replacement recently that made it difficult to reach the pool. The breakfast was fine. The area was clean and well stocked. However, the eggs were kind of rubbery and the potatoes were greasy,

It could of been cleaner. There was food residue still stuck on the counter tops and cob webs in corners on the floor. The place had a funky smell, my kids said it smelled like vomit. The couch was dirty and had food stains. I didn’t want to sit on it and it seemed like a cheap couch, not something you’d see in a hotel. The beds weren’t comfortable. We didn’t like sharing the pool with so many elderly people who were exercising. Our kids were enjoying playing and swimming but there were people trying to swim laps which was annoying.

I liked the sky-bridges so we didn’t have to go outside. The pool was nice and big and warm and the hot tub was great. I liked the spacious suite we had. We loved the food voucher to go get bagels and coffee! That’s was a great breakfast!!

Hallways were not that great could have been worse but the rooms were wonderful and beds were comfortable. staff also made sure our rooms were next to each other

like the old Holiday inn from the 70s and 80s where there is arcade and pool tables nestle the pool. It was fun. The breakfast was really good and the rest of the family enjoyed the Coffee place across the street.
