Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Central A/C (that was quieter in the room) would have been nice.
We were welcomed by very friendly staff and allowed an earlier check-in and the use of the pool. The room was nice and comfortable and breakfast was better than expected.

New establishment in a growing area so not much in food eateries in the area.

I didn’t mind it but I will say the hotel is near train tracks but so is every town in the west. It wasn’t loud at all just be prepared for the building to shake a bit every now and then.
The staff here was so so sweet and courteous and professional. Robert checked me in and he couldn’t have been more pleasant. And I believe the managers name was Misty, I’m unsure, but she was so gracious. This hotel was clean and welcoming for the same price I’ve paid for absolute hole in the walls. They made my terrible two days of car trouble a little more bearable.

The location was a bit too close to the train tracks. The tub wasn't flat and therefore did not drain all of the water out of the tub after a shower.
The location was perfect for our stay. I liked the free breakfast and parking. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pillows were comfortable.

I was told when booking my reservation they could accommodate my need for 2 bedside fans. Upon arrival I was informed they did not have fans. I went to Walmart and bought one. Also when I needed to contact staff they were not available. Nobody was ever at the desk as I went down to the desk or I called numerous times. No response.
I loved the size of the room and the super comfy beds that had microwaves and mini fridge. Facility was all over clean and smelled nice. Great linens that were soft.

Not much to do near by, other than that a great stay.
The staff were very friendly and the hotel was very clean. The room was large and the beds were extremely comfortable. Breakfast could have been a little more healthy, typical of US chains. We stayed here for one night on our way home to Idaho, would be a great alternative to staying in Reno, great price! Would highly recommend and would stay here again!

Someone went into my room, even with the sign on the door, that I didn't need any service. I know this because when I got back to my room the door was left open. When I called the front desk, I was told that this happens all the time and that the manager has talked to housekeeping many times but they still go into the rooms. I was supposed to get a call back from the manager regarding this but no one has called me back to update me. Anyone could have gone into my room and taken our things. What is the purpose of the sign if housekeeping isn't going to follow and why are they still working there if they do this all the time?

Get rid of that jet engine train!! jk If you have a need for an electric plug in. You won't be disappointed. Water pressure in the shower, 👌 👏
