They forced me to pay a fee for my service animal claiming I had to fill out paperwork at check in disregarding the states laws or the fact that they didn’t have it posted anywhere. The larger middle eastern woman who I’m assuming runs the place was ride from the get go. At check out when they charged the fee she was very unprofessional cursed at my friend and called her obscenities. The room wasn’t properly cleaned there was dirt and grime essentially everywhere they charge for things like blankets pillows and towels ($50 for one of those thin itchy blankets.) housekeeping was rude arguing with us about how many towels we were allowed to have at a time and questioning why they were dirty when we traded them after they were used. The pool was opened but filthy and the key cards hardly worked on any doors. Terrible maintenance on the room itself poorly patched holes in walls. Don’t stay here if you can afford literally anything better

Had two roaches in the bathroom first night. Couldn't get wifi in the room - desk clerk insisted it was working fine.

There was an ice machine but no soda machine. I had to pay cash because the card reader was not working. The WiFi was not working.

The 1st room we were given the bathroom fan sounded like a tortured animal. After having to walk down and back up the stairs so he could see for himself “according to policy” we were moved. First we were told they were fully booked. Then we were told something about that if the second room wasn’t ok, they wouldn’t be able to help us. Guaranteed the fan has been like that for a while. The bed in the 2nd room was super uncomfortable and the air conditioning didn’t work right either. With the price being what it was we weren’t expecting greatness but we won’t be staying there again.

It was fairly quiet. We weren’t told about a breakfast.

There was no smoke detector in the room. The wall paint was oil based paint. Bathroom was clean but dirty. Roof looked like original and needed to be replaced. Exterior walls were dusty and parking lot and exterior staircase in the dark. Felt unsafe. And the door had big gouge of paint missing or pealed off.

Broken/missing amenities. Scuffed/patched up walls. First room had the fire alarm dangling from ceiling. They changed our room. 2nd room did not have an iron or a hair dryer. Sheets had a stain on them.

I didn’t like the fact that it took me forever to find my room. And when showing the next morning a very strong odor; literal stench coming from the drain. It made the entire hotel room smell disgusting. I preferred to not enter the restroom because the smell was sickening to the stomach. It smelled like actual sewage, which is obviously build up inside the drains that has not been managed in a long time.

I liked how cheap the hotel room was and there was a good amount of availability. It is not too far from the ocean so that is a plus, but you are definitely getting what you paid for so keep that in mind

The shower door was missing, the TV was grainy, no phone in the room, and it was barely large enough to fit the two full-sized beds. Thankfully, our party went from 5 to 4 because I don't see how 5 would have fit unless 3 were toddlers.

The door was secure, the beds were clean, the staff was amiable, and the location was surprisingly quiet considering it was right next to the freeway.

The refrigerator didn't get cold, the pool was unavailable and the amount of towels we were given was very minimal.

The bathroom was nice and mostly clean, but the shower head did have a leak. The staff was accommodating when my first room was not clean or ready he moved me to a cleaner room.
