Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

CanadaI accidently tried my key pass on a different room when checking in and it opened their door. Sheers and curtain hooks broken and hanging down at one end. Garbage laying down below the balcony. When I told the management when checking out they said they'd take care of it.
Huge room. Nice view. Beds were comfortable. Quiet. Nice to have breakfast available but missed peanut butter. I would stay again.

United KingdomThere was a heavily cracked huge window in the dining room which was most disconcerting and we had to sit closer to it than we wanted as earlier diners had taken the tables further away. We were on the front of the hotel by the car park so cars coming and going were very noticeable. The front desk staff were quite uninterested in guests.
Easy to get to. Location was fantastic and views were amazing. A lovely walking route just a few minutes away, overlooking Lake Powell and the dam. Breakfast was varied and plenty of it, if you wanted lots. Wi-Fi, a water cooler in the corridor for guest use. The room was large, had all amenities and clean. Price of room was excellent value for money.

United States of AmericaThe coffee maker in the room did not work. The bath tub was clogged. The water basin was clogged. This indicates that their room readiness is rather poor. I have indicated it twice but no one was sent while we were there.
The hotel was clean and nice and calm. Very close to all tourist locations. Price was good for my stay using Booking.com. Room size was good. Lobby Coffee was good. Check in and Check out process was quick.

United KingdomWe had the very end room and unfortunately the sun was on the outside wall all day….. leading to a very warm room even though the air conditioning was on. It did cool down eventually when the sun set
The location was excellent for the many attractions in 5e area although having a car was a benefit. We were early and they let us check in. The room was huge, very comfortable, with a fridge and coffeemaker, and very quiet.

AustraliaThe room was nice and clean, but the main hall had a musty smell. I tried to buy a cold drink one evening, and after searching around for a bit was told by the clerk at the front desk that the hotel was apparently completely sold out, which I found quite astonishing. At least it was close to shops
Comfortable spacious room, with an excellent breakfast. Convenient location close to shops and local landmarks.

United States of AmericaI did not like that I had to walk in the rain to get to my room and there was no coverage for us until we got to a certain point, and also that there wasn't a sidewalk to lead us to where we needed to go from the check-in office. It made getting to the correct door a bit confusing. The breakfast was about as good as any hotel breakfast buffet style. There was fruit, but everything there was either greasy, sugary, or bread, even down to the juices. It would have been nice to have real eggs fried without grease, or avocados, though I can't honestly remember if there were any to make avocado toast. There might have been, but I didn't eat them. It was just very carb heavy. There also weren't any non-dairy options for cereal milk. It would have been nice to have a kitchen staff to make a breakfast burrito, or healthy shakes would have been a nice healthier option, though I do understand that might be asking a lot. I found a dead spider on the back curtain window, which scared the crap out of me until I realized it was dead, and then some caked mud on the sliding door railing kept the backdoor from closing all the way, and it wouldn't lock, which made me a little uneasy. I also found the shape of the room odd, and a bit uncomfortable to navigate. I did find it a bit unsettling that the lighting towards the end of the hallway was a creepy, dull, off-yellow. We couldn't find a water machine anywhere, which really sucked because we drove there and we ended up having to buy a jug of drinking water at the market nearby. It would have been great if there was a hot tub though. That would have been a nice place to hangout after the rain stopped since it was too cold to swim once the sun went down.
The breakfast was adequate. It wasn't my favorite choices, but I ate anyways. The view while we ate was nice though. The courtyard was very nice, and I'm regretful we didn't get to sit in it. We watched some crows play on the property while we ate breakfast and they were very cute. With the double doors in the breakfast room open, the weather was perfect, and the view of the plateaus in the distance was beautiful. The beds and pillows were comfortable enough. Average. I regret we never got the chance to swim because it was storming as soon as we checked in, but the pool looked nice. I did like that lots of places were walking distance, though we did end up driving everywhere since it was only one night.
