Have knee/back issues. Low toilets caused me a lot of pain. Can’t imaging if had recent knee surgery. Wld stay again only if cld get a handicapped room with higher toilets/ safety bars

The fridge was loud when running .... But it's hardly worth even mentioning. The bed wasn't super comfortable, but I like ridiculously soft mattresses so I also can't really complain. The key card was challenging to use ... It took like 15 tries to get it to work every time I went in and out of my room. It could've been me.... I can be a bit of a dork sometimes haha

Breakfast was good, facilities were clean, lots of channels on the tv. No complaints really. Staff was nice. Rooms were easy to find.

Elevator when old it sucks to lug it all upstairs. But nice clean room and nice staff good value.

Overall there wasn’t anything I or my wife were unhappy with. We rebooked the room for next year.

I liked the room location, close to the front desk. It liked there was a couch in the room. I liked the prices were good, I liked the water pressure for showering. I liked the morning breakfast

Thought it was a little too much money for what it was and the toilet was plugged up we had to plunge it. They had a bar that did not serve any food just drinks. Just thought it was a little high price for what it was.

it’s brand new or completely renovated! everything is super clean, beds comfortable and nice location just a short drive into town, the ski area to walk or hike, close to the lakes to explore and 10 minutes from the airport . it was a great place to stay a few nights. there’s also a cool historical site behind the hotel that we had a view of. staff was very friendly. and they allow dogs !

We requested a handicapped room, because my husband has a prosthetic leg. Walking distances is very difficult. The room was at the end of the hall farthest from the lobby and breakfast room, making it difficult for him to make use of any of the accommodations. The exit door at that end was not accessible, having 3 steps and a very heavy door to access the entrance. Also, we never received cleaning service, which we were supposed to have after 3 nights. When I pointed these things out to the manager, he made excuses.

Breakfast was typical motel food. Having coffee available all the time was nice.

We checked in close to midnight and the staff told us the A/C didn't work properly, so they could only offer us a "pet room", which we couldn't take due to allergies. But they wouldn't cancel the reservation, saying that because it was booked through a 3rd party. Then a supervisor got on the phone and told me the A/C should be fine, although he was no where near the property, and staff at the property made notes for each other that the A/C was not working properly. My 87 year old mother had a long drive, and needed to use a concentrator for breathing at night so I was not going to risk the A/C malfunction in the middle of the night. They had plenty of king bed rooms but would not give us an extra room for 3 people either. So we had to go find another hotel in the middle of the night. They then charged me for 2 nights, and 1 more night for no-show. The property might have been fine, but I never got to experience it, although I got to experience the management lack of hospitality though.

The place is severely outdated and is not worth the price. the couch was torn up. Our ac was by an exit and would draw in smoke from people smoking. the tv reception was poor.

I liked everything, my dog did have a little trouble on the hard floors since she slips but that’s pretty normal.

I didn’t try the breakfast at this location I went to Kwik Trip! (Would be a good place to recommend since it’s so close and they have a lot of good options!

Contractors were working on the front desk area…but it really was not a big deal to us. Staff were making the best of it!

The staff at check in and out were great! The room was very comfortable. We looked out the window of our room, which over looked an historic iron furnace… and we were treated to 3 deer and bunnies in the grassy area!
