The inside of the room and the bathroom had rust stains, and the extra lock on the main door was broken. The bed was also very loud, the springs creaked every time you adjusted

Only one elevated on the office side and we were on the beach side. Breakfast was not good and saw a roach in the eating area. Pool lock and could not use it the last two days. Keys kelp not working and had to keep getting more.

Very much in need of repair overall. tv remote needed batteries, clock not plugged in, hair dryer was sketchy, room door had issues closing and locking, ac did not reduce moisture, room floor dirty. Host indicated building was up for a remodel which it needs badly. Stairwells extremely dirty.

Bugs, wet rooms, rusted metal in rooms

If you didn’t keep the air conditioner on 63 then the room would make everything wet. Your clothes were wet (not damp) all the metal in the room was rusted. When I complained at the front desk he said to keep the air down low and no heat and that will keep your room from getting wet. The room was musty. The air conditioner made a puddle that you had to walk through to get into the room, I had to buy rugs at dollar store or risk falling on the tile floors. The humongous water bugs were another problem. I will never stay here again or recommend it.

Overall the hotel is kind of dirty. There is no designated smoking area so all the cigarette butts are thrown all around. No staff at the front desk. The kiosk at the front to check had horrible internet connection, you couldn't understand the person talking. The room had mold on the walls. And the breakfast is poor quality.

The location is convenient. It is right in the middle of everything. The rooms are up to date and the housekeepers did a nice job.

The room had tile flooring, which was fine, except it stayed wet without any visible source. You had to be very careful when walking because the floor was so slippery. The staff came into our room the day of check out around 0830 to turn the room over. She was very apologetic but said that our room was marked vacant. About an hour later, another staff member came, and again, we had to explain that we weren't checking out until 1100. At this point, I picked the phone up to call the front desk to address the issue, and the phone didn't work in the room. We were only here for one night while we were waiting to check in to our beach house the next day, but I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The smell of room Toilet was a toddler height size Shower was stained dirty Beds we so uncomfortable Curb appeal was not there at all! 3rd week of August is still summer. Breakfast included! Lol Bring food, 7-11 or WaWa gas station makes better breakfast.

Not well maintained. Door knob on door to balcony falling off. Couldn't lock it shut properly. Ceiling in room peeking and falling down. Vent in bathroom covered with half inch of dust. Tub slippery grips bit properly placed. Sink not cleaned. Toilet not cleaned. Dirt and dust around tub. Over all it was horrible.

Very dated facilities, cracks everywhere, broken door latch as if the door was broken down. Upon check in, couldn't find reservation. Lighting was bad, cold color temperature bulbs bad choice, makes room feel like a waiting room at DMV. The window shade too thin offers no privacy if you want to use natural light.

The room was not clean. Mold on curtains. Parts of ceiling falling. Balcony door handle almost falling off. Balcony door didn't close or open properly allowing cigarette smoke as well as the Marijuana smoke from the neighbors to fill our room.

It did not like the kiosc to check in. There were roaches and spiders in the room. We stayed on the bottom floor and there was rust in the bathroom and around the bottom of the doors.The door was split apart at the bottom and was very dirty around the knob and opening edge. The microwave was rusty on top.

The breakfast was fine. No fresh cooked item only waffles.

Having to ask for extra towels and toilet paper. I feel that there should be 4 bath towels instead of 3 because no one should have to share bath or hair towel. Also make sure when the room is being cleaned that they sweep the floor. We had a pile of sand near the door for 2 days. Lastly, the rooms need to be sprayed for bugs. The last night I was there, I found a dead bug in the bed.

It was right on the beach. Had a nice pool. Loved the outside shower near the pool. It was nice being able to shower off the sand before going back to our room.
