Mold in shower. Desk clerk was sleeping in the lobby couch when we arrived to check in. After a few hours, when returning from visiting family and having dinner, the desk clerk was still sleeping on the lobby sofa. However, she was friendly and helpful when needed.

Property is a little bit tired, needed a bit of renovation. But room was big and comfortable.

I didn’t like the loud radio playing through the hotel speaker in the pool area. The echo was extremely loud. I asked one of the staff if it could be turned down. She tried but it didn’t make much of a difference beings that the sound is connected through the entire hotel.

All of the staff were very professional and polite. The room was very clean.

All the contractor trucks parked over night. Some with noisy generators on the trucks. Nothing can be done. It's business for the hotel.

Could not easily adjust reservation on line. Was told I could not.

I had difficulty making and adjusting my reservation. The gentleman who checked me in was very helpful and straightened out difficulties I had with on line reservation.

The room smelled like smoke even thought it was non smoking. Also, it was under renovations.

It was nice and clean. It was very quiet and the staff was wonderful and very helpful, even suggested places to eat. That was nice. Breakfast was good and the pool area was nice. I enjoyed my stay and would stay again.

It wasn't a big deal but my key kept getting stuck in the door and I had to keep walking to the front to get someone to unlock it for me other than that it was good.

I like that about everything about my stay the staff was friendly and pleasant the accommodations were awesome very clean, and it was a good stay.

No clothes bar to hang to hang clothes in the closet. But I was only there one night.

Upon entering the hotel, I was immediately met with a sight that was beyond unacceptable—the entrance was infested with roaches and termites. The air was thick with the pungent smell of stale mold. My hotel room door was coated in dirt and grime, setting the tone for what awaited inside. The room itself was absolutely filthy (check the pictures). The floor was covered in dirt, the sinks were left unwiped, and mold was visibly growing in the shower. To make matters worse, the air conditioning was completely non-functional, leaving the room muggy and stale. Breakfast was inedible. It tasted as if the food had been cooked days prior and simply reheated. As for the incidental fee, I was informed it was supposed to be $100 per night, yet I was charged $300. When I brought this discrepancy to the front desk's attention, they dismissed my concerns, claiming this “always happens.” I sought clarification from a staff member and asked whether guests should expect to be charged $300 instead of the stated $100 in the future, and they bluntly confirmed, “Correct.” The lack of explanation and professionalism was shocking, as the staff was not only indifferent but outright rude. We will never stay here again, and we will make sure others know not to come here either. It’s truly disappointing, as we used to stay at this hotel every year for a ladies' conference. P

The location was close to restaurants and our destination.
