There was 1 roach in our room and oil (or grease) on the bathroom door handle, also mold in the bathroom and not all the plugs in the bed worked.

Normal options for breakfast and room was exactly what photos said. Breakfast options included eggs, greasy floppy bacon, apples, oranges, yogurt, make your own waffles, coffee, 2 juices, and 3 cereals.

The shower head in my room didn’t work, it sprayed the water backwards and it splattered everywhere getting most of the room rather than the tub wet. The room was clean and nice for the most part.

It was a nice place for the budget. It was clean in the room but I saw a cockroach in the hallway.

My baby cut his toe on the frayed rug seam. The paint came off of the window seal and got all over anyone who touched it. The window screen was ripped open. And we couldn't access the building's back door. The key pad didn't work, and our room was all the way at the opposite end of the front door

The bed was comfortable. The TV had good channels. The breakfast was good. The housekeeper was nice

Very old property with old scratched up furniture, musty smell, holes in wall barely patched up in bathroom and a shower head about to fall off

Room was clean, but had strong cleaning products odor in the bathroom. Did see one German cockroach on bathroom counter (it happens). Moisture from the bathroom was not drawn out by the exhaust fan, and the bathroom door automatically closed, so bathroom felt moist and sticky most of the time. Lighting in the room at desk area could be brighter. Had to open curtains for enough light, and then it raised the room temperature. Staff was professionally courteous, but not especially friendly or outgoing.

Quiet, never heard noise by other guests. Good location of room to elevator and could see my car in the parking lot. Air conditioner was cold. Multiple TV cable channels to entertain. Good workspace for laptop and keyboard and papers. Refrigerator was cold and could hold more than just a couple cans of soda.

The fridge. It was unplugged and appeared to have not been cleaned in weeks. I finally requested and got cleaning supplies and did it myself. Also the receptionist was always behind a slight partition when anyone walked in and you had to ask loudly if anyone was there for them to come out to the front desk.

The property is older and worn out. Things in the room not working. The bed is horribly uncomfortable. Very hard with springs in your side all night. (The mattress is very old.) They need to update their beds and pillows. The pillows were also so very bad(bring your own).

There was hair in the shower, hair in the bed, foot pri ts of many different shoe prints in the foyer of the room. When i tried to report a mess from a pet in the elevator, the only person i could find she said "no speak a english"

Check in was easy. Check out was easy. Easy access from the highway. Getting in and out of the parking lot was easy as well. Not over crowded in the patking lot.
