Left front ground level stairs entrance was not working with key card, closest to my room & notified waiting on to be fixed & no entry with key card after assigned room

The sink did not drain well and the tub was very slick. The staff was Attentive to my concerns.

Breakfast was good. The fruit was fresh.

It took three tries and 20+ minutes to get into a room. The first time the key didn't work. The second time the light turned green but the door wouldn't open. When I went back to the front desk I was informed that there was a room that had a bad lock and that was probably it. I asked for a different room. No more issues after that.

The room was big, beautiful, and comfortable. It was also surprisingly quiet for the location.

There was a hole in the wall from the door (room 103). The room keys didn't work well to the pool, the end outside door by our room and also our room door.

Mr. Bill was so amazing during breakfast time. He was so very attentive and gave my grandkids a snack bag and also checked on us EVERY morning we were there. Please keep him around. He deserves top pay. He was constantly busy.

Water in tub was tepid, not hot. Pool was down for maintenance, broken foot stool in room. Not fond of pillows.

Staff was great, facility was clean, comfortable bed. Great location to restaurants. Lovely dining area.

Went on a little vacation with my family just to enjoy a pool in the cool months. Pool was not only freezing it wasn't the cleanest either. Paint was peeling off inside the pool and there were no towels other than hand towels to dry off with. Plus the rooms weren't as clean as I would like to have especially while traveling with my small children.

Loved the breakfast. The variety of everything that was out was great for my picky littles.

The bathtub drain was slow, therefore I stood in water when taking a shower.

The room was so comfortable with separated living room bedroom kitchenette areas. Bedding was exceptionally comfy, very luxurious sheets. Furnishings were comfortable, the lighting was excellent with options for brightness or dimming. The breakfast was fabulous! I will definitely be back. Could have stayed much longer and been very comfortable.

We had to be moved to another room because our first room didn’t have working lights.

The size of the rooms were larger and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Lots of variety!

The room was huge, more than I needed for an overnight stay. The staff was wonderful and the cleaning person retrieved a charging cord I left behind and brought it to the desk where I was checking out. I would stay there again. As a solo traveler I felt safe at this location.

Rooms dark and dated. The fitness room did not have equipment that was functional . My kitchen area also have crumbs on the countertop and the couch had visible spots and stains

I didn't like that there weren't any napkins/paper towels in the room, nor was there a luggage stand, which I found very odd and un handy. Brighter lighting would be very helpful for elderly people with pour sight. I was traveling with my 92 year old mother and had to have all the lights on for her to see.

Breakfast is too basic and cold, no variety to pick from. The milk, tea, coffee is cold. Fruits only apples and oranges everyday. I wish there were coffee/tea disposable cups not the regular plastics availed! Curtains in the room could not fully close due to the ac facility placed in the middle of the window, a lot of light enters the room.

Bed was very comfortable, clean supplies of bedsheets, towels on regular basis. Room cleaned daily to perfection.
