This facility had the worst maintenance I've ever seen there was a chair in the room with me that had part of it chewed off or eaten all for war off I don't know but if the covering was gone it was terrible the bathroom I can't even begin to tell you how I wouldn't even take a shower in that tub it was so nasty looking and it wasn't your housekeeping it was just a terrible place

I prefer when the sinks are in the bathroom not the living area, but that's not that big of a deal.

It was a cheap place to stay at the lake for one night and centrally located. The room fridge was helpful and the breakfast was pretty good.

When I checked in, I had checked in online, was sent a email asking me to, to save time. When I arrived the front desk girl, was rude and argumentative. She said I only paid for 1 room, I had to show her my receipt for 2. She didn’t want to give my handicapped 82 year old Mother a ground floor room. She was rude and abrasive, and literally unprofessional and didn’t seem to know her position.

The Hotel was good, the beds comfortable, and the breakfast decent. The Housekeeping staff was great.

The window didn’t have a lock. The door didn’t have a security lock. And the air conditioning did not work in the room thank goodness it was not a hot night.

It was along the path of our trip.

The property needs to be updated . Carpets were beyond stained . Ice machine was broken the entire weekend. Weeds were growing along side of building that housed the pool .

The shower sucked it was stuck on massage mode everything else wouldn't work and when the air conditioner was on it smelled like it was molded or something and they put me in a handicap room for the toilet was all screwed up I didn't want to swim because it looked like there was some type of dirty film across the inside pool so I just didn't bother so no I really wasn't very happy with my stay there this time

Facility was being paved. Multiple work trucks and personnel staying there. Didn't take away from my stay though.

The staff made me feel like I was an inconvenience. Especially at check-in. I also found it odd that cereal was offered at breakfast but no milk was available, not even for purchase.

The room was clean and comfortable. The indoor pool was nice. It was conveniently located for our stay.

The breakfast could be better. I wish there had been some apples and bananas to eat in addition to some eggs. There was only biscuits and gravy, waffles, and yogurt when I went down there. Also, the bathroom was small but still functional and I thought the pillows were really hard.

I was a little worried based off of the other reviews but they are in the process of remodeling the hotel so they are working to make improvements. My room was updated and I had no issues with heating or hot water as others had stated.

We had no hot water for our stay, none, which I don't think the facility was aware of until I complained and they did give us a discount which was very nice of them. Overall though it made the stay unpleasant. I should have brought it to their attention sooner, I had just thought it was a fluke the first day. Also would have liked to have known ahead of time the hot tub wasn't working. It was the main reason we had picked this hotel over others. I should have called ahead. There were many fans going in the pool area, I'm sure there was a reason for this, but it made the whole room extremely cold. My kids enjoyed the pool but it was too cold for me to take a 2nd dip on day 2. I'm not one to complain but the staff was very receptive and responsive and kind to my complaints which was greatly appreciated.

The location was great! There was putt putt right across the street, quiet location with many fast food options. I liked the waffles for breakfast however the gravy for biscuits and gravy tasted funny to me but was edible, may have just been my personal taste. My kids loved the apple juice machine. Good selection of food. Good selection of channels on the tv.

The room smelled like piss, wet dog and mildew all at once. The landscaping hasnt been kept up. The outside pool wasn't filled.
