Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Our vehicle was, along with several others, broken in to. Nothing was stolen as we didn't have any valuables in it, but the driver side window was shattered and we have to pay to have that fixed. No security cameras, thought it was a decent neighborhood to stay in!!!

Cigarette butt stains in the bathroom. No carpeting on the floor. No real breakfast.
It was relatively close to the I 77 north south axis.

The staff was very rude ! They were never at the desk when needed . Upon check in the lady at the desk was very rude like she had an attitude. Didn’t understand why and after I paid for the room she gave me the key and receipt then walked away … I wasn’t informed of where my room was , how to access it , what time breakfast would be , WiFi , etc .. none of the standard things usually you would hear once checking into a room . After that i never saw anyone at the desk . My husband even tried to get someone but it was like a ghost town so glad we didn’t have any emergencies … the extra people standing around not knowing if they were staying or just got in from the outside cold ..
Loved the easy access to it and that it wasn’t too hard to find .

Most of the electrical sockets didn't work. The water pressure was horrible. Water sprayed out of the side of the bathroom faucet

The property was not the most clean, on the first night had an issue with stink bugs. Was able to get a another room and discount.

The hall ways smelled a bit weird.

The only thing that could be better is, maybe have tolietry items for guest (lotion, shampoo, bodywash, etc) disposable for convenience.

It was not as clean as I expected. There was trash on the floor under one of the beds, the kitchen (especially the stove top burners) were dirty. The bathroom had a pee smell in it even after we wiped down everything and sprayed Lysol. The floors are a dark hardwood so I guess they don’t think it needs to be mopped. My feet were dirty in less than 5 mins (seriously looked like I had been walking outside barefoot for an hour)
Staff was nice. Hotel was in a convenient location. Price was decent for the area and time of year. Parking was included in the room cost.

I wasn’t able to pay with cash. Seem to be a lot of people hanging out outside and that made me a little uncomfortable. Also, I’m not sure if I was across from a room for staff, but the door across the hall must have slammed loudly a good 20 times in four hours.

Room #301 had a strong smoking odor. I cleaned the a/c filters, found & cleaned out cig ashes in window sill, kept the windows open when possible for fresh air—- it still stank.

I didn't like the fact they didn't have an ice machine LOL it took a little too long for me with the ice tray. maybe this could be updated soon.
I like that the facility was clean, check in with easy, and staff was very friendly.

I was given a room that was already occupied. However the nice lady at the front desk solved the issue by giving me an upgraded room. No extra charge.

the only thing i didnt like about the property is that i had my pets with me but i could tell that the carpet isn’t cleaned properly after each pet i think the pet rooms carpets need to be cleaned every so often because its so many different dogs that be in them room but everything else was great i will stay there again
