To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThere was 3 dead bugs in the room, the ice bucket was dirty, there was hair in the tub, only 1 bath towel, fridge was dirty also. We were in town for a funeral, we didnt check into the hotel til around 9pm. We were so exhausted and the hotel was completely packed with 3 bus loads of kids. Therefore we didnt bother to complain since they were overwhelmed. Also, we didnt get to use the pool because the school kids had it packed and they stayed in there til it closed. It would of been nice if they would of set maybe a time limit for them to utilize the pool so the other hotel guest could of used it as well.
The location was good.

United States of AmericaBar is cash only. I stayed there 14 months ago and was told the electronic pay device was broke. It's hard to believe 14 months later it's still broke. Of course patrons have to use the hotel ATM with a $3.99 fee. Petty, but disappointing.
Breakfast was good, kitchen worker was very caring, helpful and very polite.

Breakfast. Rooms were clean. I would not classify this as a 3 star hotel but more of a 2-2 1/2 star.

United States of AmericaWish there was a middle elevator, a bathroom door that stayed open, the small tv and need a menu that is available on the tv!
Large hotel - had a. Ice pool area indoors, fireplace was lite when we arrived on a very cool damp day - very inviting! The woman at the desk couldn’t have been sweeter! The only elevators were right off the lobby, however, our room, a king suite, was located at the back of the hotel! Therefore, we choose it climb the steps to arrive at our room. This hotel isn’t new and has some small tears in the wallpaper and scratches on the wall but everything looked clean - the carpeting appeared newer and didn’t have any noticeable stains! There was a nice desk with desk chair, microwave and fridge in our room along with a pull-out couch which we did not use because there was a 1/2 wall partition between the couch and our bed. The tv (too small for the area) was located in front of the bed area - so sitting on couch and watching tv wasn’t really an option! The odd thing was while there was a. Wet nice closet directly across from it was a rather small bathroom and the door would always automatically shut - just have never seen that in any other hotel/motel! Towels were soft and very clean! Now breakfast - wow - it was included - wonderful - they served you from steam table! The morning we were there there were scrambled eggs, tater tots, ham, biscuits and gravy, and cooked apples!!! It was all very good!!! Plus they had the typical cereal and the waffle makers, coffee, juice milk, tea and yogurt! Big area with extra room in the grill! Oh the bar and grill - we decided to just eat on property as everything else that interested us was 10 miles or so down the road! The girl that was bartending/cooking didn’t want to be there - not real friendly but did make us drinks and we each had the steak sandwich - definitely nothing to write home about!

United States of AmericaI was traveling alone and had driven 10 hours in tons of traffic on Good Friday and checked in at 10 pm. I wanted to watch tv and collapse. But unbelievably my main floor room only had sheers on the window with fake side curtains!! It took me 1/2 hour to devise a make shift cover using the clips on the hangers. The ice machine was outside my door but was out of order along with all first floor machines. I had no ice for my water. By 11 pm I got in bed and the tv wasn’t working. It said to check connections which I did. I almost just fell asleep but called front desk and she immediately told me to push the up button and it worked! Why don’t they tell you that at checking? Finally in the morning I realized they forgot to give me shampoo. The room was clean and comfortable and I don’t mean to complain but I absolutely did not have a restful experience.
