The coffee in the room wasn’t great

Dirty floors in my room and I was unable to take a bath I could only shower. There was no way to stop the water from running out, for a bath.

The front desk ladies were very friendly. However, the lady who brought our towels got upset with us the first day, due to me telling her we were okay right then,( I was taking a shower and was not clothed properly to open my door. Later when we asked for towels, she became very irritated. She tried to push into the room and demanded we give her the other used towels ( which I understood that I would need to give them to her. She never came back for the next 3 days. Also, I bought a broom and mop with cleaner, the floor was sticky and my feet were dirty once I walked on the floor. I swept and mopped.

The bathtub didn’t have a stopper. One light fixture didn’t work. Other than those small things, we have no complaints & plan on staying again.

We loved the location. It was just a block from the strip. It had easy parking. We had a private balcony with chairs. We never ran into other guests even tho other rooms were occupied. The maid came & made our beds & exchanged our used towels. There were 4 pillows per bed & they were all nice & fluffy.

Remote to TV didn't work. After 3rd request in 3 days, finally replaced. Also light over sink in hallway never replaced.

This is my go-to hotel. Have stayed here at least 8 times. Clean, updated. Just 2 blocks off the main street. Very walkable, safe area.

Floors could have been cleaned better. The exhaust fan and light switch in the bath could not be on at the same time which was a little strange to me.

Everything was great. Location is wonderful, not too far from the strip but far enough to not hear all the noise. Beds were very comfortable and the room was neat and clean. We would definitely stay here again.

The parking. Small spaces

Wonderful location. It is an older hotel but has been renovated. The rooms were spaces and clean. Friendly staff. Great value. The parking was a bit of a challenge. Small spaces. I would definitely stay here again.

Pool closed, no coffee in the room, glass collection bins emptied at around 5 in the morning waking us up, not the hotels fault

The room was not sound proof you could hear everything outside The air conditioner made noises and didn’t pull out the humidity from the room

The breakfast was oatmeal and snack bars enough to tie you over until you could get to a restaurant. Very convenient for walking downtown Gatlinburg Free parking Bed was clean and comfortable

Within easy walking distance to the Gatlinburg Convention Center and local shops and restaurants. Clean; comfortable beds. Not fancy, but served our needs nicely. Would stay again!

Would have to watch door because sometimes it wouldn’t latch and close on its own.

Very close to downtown Gatlinburg where you could walk to the street. The bed was also very comfortable.

The bathroom sink was plugged and drained slowly. The lighting was dim.

It was close to everything we wanted to do. It was very easy to check into and the front desk staff were very friendly.
