The bathroom was filthy, shower wasn't working , no TV or internet. The staff was unprofessional .There was a dead bug on the bed. The top of the microwave was dirty and dusty and the freezer was dirty as well. The floor boards were falling apart and had bugs and dirt on the walls inside the room

Room has hole in the wall. Freezer did not work for the first week of our stay. It was finally replaced the day we extended our stay. Towels were very rough. Only 2 of 4 clothes dryers work.

The room was missing many of the amenities stated in the advertisements. If you plan to cook, bring EVERYTHING you need! Pots, pans, plates, cups, utensils, kitchen towels, and trash can are not provided. The TV remote didn't work. It had batteries but no back to hold the batteries in place, no hair dryer, no iron or ironing board. The ceiling looked like there was a food fight in the room. Finally, bring thicker blankets. What's on the bed will not work if you get cold during the night. The size of the room was fine, but they need to do a lot of updates! FYI, MY RATING SHOWS A 5 FOR SOME REASON AND I FEEL THE RATING SHOULD BE A 2!

Well, I hate to criticize because the staff was friendly. But I didn't like not having a phone, an iron, no garbage cans, or a coffee pot. No toiletries. The toilet seat should have been replaced years ago, and the toilet paper holder fell apart. There are no rugs, so the floor really needs to be cleaned. I didn't get a room key until the day after I checked in, and didn't receive a remote for the TV (which I couldn't find an 'on/off switch) until my third day. Oh, and I had questions concerning my bill, but was informed via a phone hook-up that I'd have to call back after 9am. It was 7am Monday morning, and I was facing a 10 hour drive home to Texas. I didn't see the point in calling, because my concerns needed direct contact. Oh, OH there were old stains on the fitted sheet.

Multiple times at the front desk as your walking in it smelled like all weed. I’m 420 friendly but I don’t think the hotel needs to smell like it. My toilet wouldn’t flush for almost 2 days off and on. You can’t use the side doors to come in even with a room key. Male manager there was rude to me on more than 1 occasion but the lady at the front is amazing.

It was clean. Check in was easy and fast.

Mrs. Gray the GM was amazing. Her attitude was upbeat & pleasant. She accommodated us when our room had a minor issue & she addressed it quickly. I have read reviews that stated the staff were rude & lazy. I did not feel this way at all.

I did not like how the room wasn't really cleaned i had to go and get bleach and other cleaning products in order to have a clean room. The microwave had pieces broke off of it. You have to pay extra for the pots and pans if you want to use the stove. You also have to pay extra if you need towels. You also have to pay extra if you want them to come in and wash the sheets on the bed and towels. The blinds had stuff all over it like it was juice or something. The toilet was leaking a little bit... i know people might be reading this and saying why I didn't just ask for my money back and leave and go somewhere else.. well my family and I had somethings going on and i was told at the beginning before i even seen the room that it was absolutely no refunds and they price was so much cheaper but i guess you get what you pay for.

I like the price for a week. I love the fact that after 10 pm, if you dont have a room key, you will not be able to get in the hotel period. I like the fact that it has a kitchenette in the rooms.. It was also very quiet at night when everyone was trying to sleep.

I liked nothing about my stay because there was supposed to be a pool and a fitness room and the fitness room was pathetic.but over all I like the beds and the veiw was nice. But me personally I wouldn’t recommend this place to stay because the weekly rates change like every week, one week it could be 345 and the next it could be 454

I liked nothing. The bathroom was a little clumsy. The door for the bathroom was heavy and the front door was way to light and there was a hole not going through the door. The keychain lock for the door one srcew was not fit for the door

My first experience at the front desk. I was robbed for the fee for my dog. It was supposed to be $75 and the lady charged me 100 and made me go to an ATM. That charged me more money because it wasn't my bank and get her cash only for the dog fee not on their website. Does it say that you have to do that? She pocketed the money and she did with other people during my stay. I noticed.. i'm gonna be very Blunt and honest.There was sex trafficking going on in that hotel, prostitution!! The staff were stalking me and watching me on camera constantly. Because they were so paranoid that I was going to either talk to the wrong person. Find out the information that they were hiding. I don't know . my 3rd day there. The manager pounds on my door and tells me that she has to inspect my room. Now, that was unheard of. There was nothing there! For her to see so she saw that and it was just rude. It was very intrusive. I felt uncomfortable the entire time. I was there. I actually end up leaving losing money because I was very scared. It's not a good place, very dishonest. Very disgusting with the prostitution and sex trafficking. That is definitely going on and the hotel staff know it and the lady there at front desk - that stole my money. She still has the money for the one woman.That's doing the sex trafficking. I am a white. Woman professional traveling nurse and these people were completely prejudiced.Because they are different race and just flat out nasty.
