When I arrived at 1040 pm to the office to check-in they gave me the key to the room and to our surprise, the beds were dirty with hair, dirt and stains. The table was also dirty with spots of food, and the trash from the restroom was not taken out, it was full of dirty toilet paper pads and tampons and the toilet was stain with feces. The door from the restroom had a big hole in it. I went immediately to the office to let them know that my room was dirty and the guy said that it was marked as clean. I told him he could go and check it and he said that my daughter and I could still spend the night there just to take off the sheets from the bed and for me to take out the trash. I asked why did I have to do that if I had paid and reserved that room. He told me to come back at 1130 pm and that he was going to have clean sheets, trash bags and toilet paper to put in the room. I believed him and left and came back at the time he told me, to my surprise he locked the office and left. Then I saw Ms. Yvette another worker and I explained what happened and she was very courteous and apologized for the unprofessional attitude of his coworker. She gave me another room to spend the night because we were really tired from a 10 hour drive. The next morning Ms. Yvette and Ms. Andrea cleaned our room and had it ready for us.

The only thing i liked about the stay was Yvett and Andrea were really nice and courteous and fixed the problem

Very dated facility. One bar of soap. Nothing else, including no hair dryer or shampoo.

There is good reason why this hotel is significantly cheaper than other options. The staff is super friendly and accommodating, but the facilities itself are very dated. Beds were super comfortable and towels were plush, but very bare bones. The location is great tho, with shops and restaurants within walking distance, including a beautiful river trail for running. It was a quick Dad's weekend to visit my son so all I needed was a roof and bed. If that's all you need, then it is bearable. :)

Check-in time was supposedly at 3pm, went there at 7pm but the room wasn't ready. Although they expected guest, rooms were not ready. there were other guest waiting. They got me in a room by 9pm.

The room I was in didn't have a door for the bathroom. When I notified staff at check in, they were unable to place me in another room, so instead they made a divider with push pins and a long sheet. I admired the effort, but still...how doesn't anyone recognize when the doors are taken off the hinge?

The location is great for many reasons! 1: Close to the highway 2: Across the street from University Park Mall which has many restaurants 3: 25 minute walk to the TCU Campus or 1.1 mile walk 4: Tv was great with many channels

Location good but the rooms smell of smoke, there were no kitchen utensils so couldn't cook anything in the kitchen. No breaikfast except one time when I managed to get a snack bar and muffin. every other day it was snapped up by some of the unsavoury guests who I saw filling their pockets. There was some real dodgy people hanging around and appeared to be staying in the hotel. I won't stay again

This hotel is not bad, but it’s not great either. The room was clean, but it smelled as if someone had been smoking, even though it’s labeled as a non-smoking room. The kitchenette stovetop was rusty; I wouldn’t trust it to use it. The blanket was very thin and there was only one bath towel provided. Complimentary breakfast was advertised, but all they provided in reality was oatmeal, muffins, and coffee. Overall there was an unsavory feel about the place. Great for the budget , but I’m not sure I’d stay here again or recommend it to others.

The location is amazing. It is right on the Trinity River which has a path next to it for walking, running, or biking. Additionally, the staff was friendly.

First room we were offered was awful but they gave us a better room the next day. Some very dodgy people hang out in the rooms and the staff do not seem bothered about it. The rooms can be rented on a monthly basis and it looks like it is used as a bit of a doss house. The price included a breakfast of sorts which is porridge sachets and muffins and protein bars but every morning the muffins and protein bars were all taken by the dodgy people who filled their pockets. Room smelled of smoke so not nice. For the price it is ok but don’t think I will stay again.

The location has nice shops and restaurants close by. The rooms have plenty of space and bedding was clean.
