Room was not very clean. Husband picked up the remote and his hand got sticky. Bedside tables had sticky spots. Refrigerator had baking soda (I hope that’s what it was) sprinkled all over so it was unusable. Kitchen chairs (that were actually rolling desk chairs) were filthy stained. “Breakfast” was coffee, juice, banana, apple, orange, and yogurt (but no spoons).

Was a great location for where we needed to be.

My room was filthy. I found a pee soaked blanket in the fold out couch and a used diaper underneath the couch. My mother's room was cleaner but not handicapped ascessible as it could have been she also found small pills in the bathroom. The one night host was super rude and was almost asleep at the desk when I checked in. The elevator smell of Marijuana and cigarette smoke.

The bed was super comfortable. The space to cook was nice just in the room we were the vent was almost to low to actually stir a pan. Pool was available no hot tub unfortunately.

The location was close to everywhere I had to go. 3 meetings in a town for the first time can be scary but the GPS mapped it out so I was able change in between with no problem

There were knats in my room, I thought breakfast was until 10 (like most hotels that I've visited) but it was over at 9, I had a problem with my door locking, and the morning front desk attendant was kind of rude in my opinion

Well here is the thing. It was one of the cheapest hotels I found. I enjoyed the suite, Two rooms bedrooms, one living area and kitchen. Kitchen had random dishes that were not washed well. But it provided a nice bed, Working air conditioner.

Housekeeping needs to make sure and clean the base of the toilet otherwise honestly my room was great

The staff and manager was friendly at check in, lady behind the desk at 2am was knocked out sleeping, room was comfy and would like to stay longer next time we visit the area

The room we were assigned when we got there actually had someone in it. We went back down to the desk and she changed our room but then about an hour later someone tried to get into our room. She was assigning people to occupied rooms. Then every time we left the room our key wouldn’t work because they took us out of the system because that wasn’t my assigned room because she had to give us a new one so the other staff members didn’t know that room had someone in it. Not a horrible experience just annoying that we had to go get our key reactivated every time we left.

Not much for breakfast being offered. Did not get the room we should have but was quickly changed to what we actually booked. Tight quarters to try to use the pullout couch.

Disrespectful front desk employees. Was told only what was registered on my confirmation could only swim and that birthday parties weren't allowed. Also the two employees talked amongst themselves after telling me what can't happen....1st off having a family of 6, **family** (not a friends birthday party), there weren't enough guest boxes to fill out. 2nd, if it was that big of deal, it should've been stated on the website. 3rd if it was that concerning to management then there needs to be better security, there were people sneaking in the back by dumpster to get to rooms and sneaking in via pool doors, why was it allowed for several guests to destruct the pool area to make it unsafe in and out of pool. If the employees enforce this "no one swims if not on confirmation," also Why was there a party allowed on the 2nd floor with their door decorated and kids yelling and screaming from there? If there's "no birthday/parties allowed," Why was my family singled out?

The pull out couch looked like there were stains on it from someone having sexual activities and when we pulled up the lever for the shower the water from the shower head only sprayed water out a little bit and the water from the faucet was still coming out

This hotel doesn’t sell great fresh breakfast but give orange and muffin as the muffins had mold and the hotel room had a weird smell as the bed was itchy and had blood stain from Previous guess as the pool was even more worst and gave everyone a head ache.

Floors were filthy. Kitchenette was filthy. Bathroom fixtures falling apart from the wall. Hairdryer was broke. Shower and sink had hair in them. Towels looked dirty. Dishes were not put away. Stove had a burner broken. Garbage can was nasty underneath the can liner. No dish rag just dish towel. Fire alarms went off 2 times for no reason.

The desk clerks were courteous. The lobby was clean. The location was convenient for me to get to work. I only stayed due to the inclement weather.

The entire place smelled like weed. We booked two rooms and asked for them to be next to each other. They were on opposite ends of the hotel. The fire alarm wasn’t working. Finally got rooms next to each other. The tv didn’t work in one of the rooms and it took calling the front desk three times and an hour and half for someone to show up. A bag of garbage sat outside our door the entire time we were there.

We love the location.
