The entire staff was extremely helpful and nice. The facilities were a little run down, but the beds and linens made the stay very comfortable. A good place to stay when you are driving through town and don't want to spend a ton of money.

Hotel looked very run down, our light as soon as you walked into room did not work, we only had 2 bath towels and 1 face towel in room. There was a half roll of toilet paper plu one empty roll hanging on toilet paper dispenser, like bathroom was only half serviced?

probably closest hotel to our destination, which was still 20 min away, bed was comfortable, stay was quiet. Parking was easy, check in was easy

The hallways had carpet ripped with no signs. The one elevator was broke, and it was the closest to my room. The stairway had food on the steps, and one of the railings was loose.

Elevator did not work, Hallway lighting rather dim, room numbers missing from rooms, Carpet in hallway severly stained. Hot water got hot to quick, No vents in bathroom to reduce steam, The TV frequently loss reception and poor choices for TV channels.

THe location of the hotel was good and accessible. THe room was appropriate for two adults and a pet.

Floors in our room did not have a carpet! If I knew that, it would be a dealbreaker. My child spends lots of time on the floor playing. Blankets had massive yellow stains Lots of dust on the objects in the room and bathroom - above eye level, but noticeable Hotel is overall very worn down but it's ok for the price Parking lot has handicap spots but the closest and the most convenient of them was constantly occupied by a grey Jeep or others - all of them WITHOUT a permit. Probably employees cars but it shouldn't be advertised as handicapped spot. The front desk lady who worked mornings was always looking at her phone while spoken to or asked questions, it's not nice regardless of the price Lobby staff did not have any quarters for laundry Laundry area has only one washer and one dryer - it's not enough for hotel of this size

Location is very easy to find and close to everything in Poconos Room has enough space and big TV Room has a table and chairs for work/dining The female employee who worked nights and did a check in, is very nice Laundry is cheap - $1.75 Lobby area is nice - lots of sitting areas, TV, sofas. 24x7 coffee and tea in the lobby Pool looks great (did not use though) Decent gym Office area - separate room with a computer and sofas - that's the best advantage of this hotel in this price range Arcade play room on 3rd floor - we did not use but others did

The hotel has a lot of potential but was kind of stinky, dingy and just not quite clean. The pool was nice but again, paint on walls peeling, dirty windows just so close to being really nice but missed the mark. The elevator was small and it was a crowded weekend so we took the steps a lot. The stair well was very dirty and smelled like vomit. As for the room … the flooring had lumps, floor was sticky, beds were hard but appeared and felt clean. TV was worthless, out of all the channels only 3 came through. The bathroom was good. The door itself was rickety. For the price we paid in a holiday weekend I guess it was fine but we won’t stay here again. Staff were pleasant and breakfast looked nice but it was so crowded we never ate because of our own time constraints.

Location was great and having an indoor pool was ideal.

I felt the mexican restaurant on the 3rd floor was a little expensive & the food was just average

room was average & clean. It did need some lightbulbs replaced but that was taken are of quickly once desk was called. Breakfast was good - several options - eggs, bacon, waffle maker, a couple of fruit items, cereal, yogurt juice --- & coffee is served all day. The pool was clean & at a good temp. Staff came in to net any particles, check temps & chemicals several times during our stay. We did find out on our last day if you just turn right out of the hotel you can avoid tolls to get to a Walmart & eating areas.

Hotel needs a renovation, gives you an old hotel vibe. The bathroom drainage had issues in the tub & in the sink. The water wouldn’t drain.

Right next to the highway, close too fast foods like McDonald’s, Arby’s & Burger King. Also, gas station Wawa was close by too.
