Would have liked a little bit more choice at breakfast maybe hot scrambled eggs and some sausage or bacon or ham. Some cut up fruit instead of whole fruit.

Its an older property and you can see the wear in the common areas, clean but very beat up in places. My room had an old mystery stain on the carpet so it felt unclean at first even though every surface and all the bedding was spotless. The walls are also very thin so I could hear everything in the adjoining rooms and hallway (very funny 5am conversation overheard when a mom was trying SO HARD to get her kids up and on the road again! Her patience gets 5 stars). In general the hotel felt overpriced for what it was (a room with a bed) but compared to other hotels in the area it was the most affordable that got good reviews so I guess the entire area is just overpriced.

The staff here was very friendly and you could tell they did really care about the guests and keeping the property as clean and presentable as possible. There was a good mix of food in the daily free breakfast and my bed was pleasantly comfortable for a basic hotel (my room was really big too). Also have to give a shout out to the great diner (I-84 Diner) that is right next to the hotel, perfect for my dinner!

The breakfast was minimal. Small choice of prepackaged treats (muffins, granola bars, etc…). Rate was a little pricey for what was offered.

We are late risers so breakfast burritos or something like that in the freezer would have been great.

The bed was great, the room comfortable except no little table like a coffee table for in front of the couch. It was a little strange to have a jacuzzi in the bedroom, but not too outrageous. The staff was superb, always smiling and helpful.

A/C was not consistent as going off too long to keep room cool. Updated system with wall thermostats would have been preferred. TV was also not pickup signal. So no TV for my one night stay

I tried to get an upgraded room with a jacuzzi and was told it would be $240 even though on the website that same room was available that night for $160. I was trying to do something sweet for my wife because we had been traveling through the mountains all day. Since she had a craniotomy a couple years ago the pressure changes when changing elevations rapidly severely hurt her head and I knew that soaking in a big tub would really benefit her. The price I was given was more than we wanted to spend on a room, especially since the room we had was $128 for the night. I took a shower the night we stayed and the hot water didn’t get very hot at all. We also had a grouchy old man next door that kept hitting our wall even though we weren’t being loud, so I think the walls are thin. The breakfast options were lacking. Some protein would have been appreciated- like sausage patties or scrambled eggs.

The hotel was clean, which was important to me. I’ve stayed at other Quality Inns in the past that did not live up to their name. Our beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The bathroom was spacious, which I need.

The lighting was dim even with all lights on. The bed seemed smaller than the king size. There were no one-time slippers.

The location is good - it's right next to the thruway. The room and the bathroom were clean. Heating worked properly.
