I can't think of a negative.

The staff was exceptional, perfect location, cute historic building, many common spaces to hang out, free use of beach cruisers, coffee, tea, water at no extra cost, excellent bars, restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance.

This hotel is using a cleaner that has a very chemical smell that makes a lot of people, including myself ill. The name is Fabuloso. They had to move us to another room and air out the lobby. I would recommend not using this toxic cleaner.

Very large suite/apt that was close to the Grand Prix so we could walk since parking was difficult at the Grand Prix. It was fully furnished and beds were comfy. The suite had a musty smell and could have been a little cleaner but overall it was very good. Staff was helpful and attentive and checked in with us daily via texts.

Bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly before we arrived. Our room could only be accessed via a steep staircase, which was awkward to manage with luggage.

The only item I had issue with was that the painted concrete floors, although well-maintained, were somewhat sticky and my white socks that I knept on because they were sticky got filthy. I'm not sure if this is due to the beach humidity or lack of rinsing the floors after mopping, or maybe they just use something like a swiffer floor wipe but I would not walk around barefoot because of it.

It was a very cute and accommodating set up for the King Delux room we were in. There was a kitchette (microwave, coffee maker, dishes, fridge, etc.), a table large enough for at least 4 adults, and the nice comfortable bed and clean bathroom and towels.

There was an oily feeling to some parts of the hotel room floor. The bathroom was tiny so it made it hard for me and my partner to do makeup in there.

The room was clean, pretty, and had a pleasant view. I loved the location and all the dinning options that were around as well. I personally enjoy hardwood floors so that was a bonus.

The entrance was a bit tricky due to my room being in the east wing. The stairs were a little off putting since I had luggage and wasn’t really expecting that.

Less noise, We could hear, some of the other guest in their rooms adjacent to ours. But did not affect us from having a good nights rest. But that's expected, when your in the city.

Friendly Staff, clean room, short walking distance to restaurants and shops. They have Bikes you can check out and ride if you choose to do so. Very affordable room rates, compared to other hotels in the area.

It was a little pricey, but I think it was inflated due to a conference in the area.

The room was clean, stylish and pretty comfortable, although the hotel set up is unconventional (think almost like apartment units but just hotel rooms). The shower's water pressure was absolutely amazing. The staff was nice, I didn't use the kitchen but they do have a shared one available for everyone. I did feel safe, even as a woman travelling alone, since there were codes on the front doors and multiple locks on the room door. Good walking distance from LB conference center and restaurants.

Room is super, super small. Not suitable for parties of 3 or more. The room was not as clean as I would have liked. I found an acrylic nail in the bathroom floor and the room had a distinct, unpleasant smell upon arrival.
