Someone got sick and they had to shut the pool down till the next morning.

The space was roomy. The bathroom was spacious. The breakfast was great, lots of choices. The pool was heated, nice and warm. The customer service was nice and helpful. They pointed out a nice place to get pizza delivered. The hotel had laundry and a fitness area. Complimentary cookies at night is a great bonus. The hotel focuses on cleanliness and maintenance, which really shows.

We checked in later in evening. Staff was friendly and very welcoming. Even though they had a convention booked at same time, it was still so quiet and peaceful.

While it’s posted there’s no lifeguard, there’s no staff making sure rules are followed. We had a young adult group of 6 and the pool was very crowded with multiple kids who clearly were under 16 and clearly had no adult supervision. You almost couldn’t move around in the pool and we had to stick to one little corner but left after about 15 mins due to the crazy ball throwing and rowdiness of the unsupervised young kids/teens.

Good location. They have a large variety of breakfast offerings.

It was quiet for the most part! We did have to leave the pool early because someone vomited but I was glad to see the second day they had it closed! Which means they care about the safety of their guests!

One mattress really needs replacing. Sink drain was clogged but we got it taken care of. No hot tub but pool was great.

It really is a great place to stay. The staff is awesome and fun. The place is very clean. The pool water was one of the best we have stayed in. Nice and warm.

Limited parking. Several spaces taken up by construction.

It smelled a little weird in the room when we walked in but I think it faded. I also thought it was a little expensive for 1 night.

The breakfast was not appetizing enough. Although it was nice that they served breakfast.

It was clean, well lit, conveniently located and the staff was friendly, respectful and kind. The room accommodated me and my guest and the room amenities were great.

I only have one complaint which I really wouldn't consider it a complaint it's just personal preference. I have to sleep on a super soft bed because I have arthritis in my hips unfortunately our bed was very firm but not completely uncomfortable I was still able to get a good nights sleep

The hotel was fabulous!! Our room was beautiful and super clean. The 2 front desk clerks Latoya and Rachel were amazing!! They have the usual breakfast nothing fancy but it was really good and they always have fresh cookies in the lobby throughout the day. The pool area is nice and clean we really enjoyed relaxing in the pool. There are several restaurants near the hotel we highly recommend Smokey Bones but do not eat at the IHOP. The hotel is in a great location it's actually very quiet and it's just minutes away from just about everything you could want to see in Springfield and Walmart is only 4 miles away. Overall we absolutely enjoyed our stay!!

The beds are a little too firm for my personal preference. The air conditioner in my room didn't work the best. My family had another room and the air conditioning was great in their room. Overall,l the hotel could use some updating but everything was good for the most part.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. Great price for a suite.
