I liked how close it was to freeway access and restaurants and stores.

I stayed on two different occasions and both times and both rooms had a strong musty wet smell, the entire room had a very humid feel. My clothes and shoes felt moist every morning The bedding felt moist which made it very uncomfortable. I stayed 4 nights on both occasions.

Door card reader wasn't working. I was told by staff to try it several times. Finally changed rooms. The new room had no tv remote. I had to go get a new one. Later we found a wet spot in the carpet. Luckily, we were only staying one night. We will not be back.

The price was just right , amenities were plentiful. Breakfast was great .

How conveniently everything was with closeness to the hotel and the traffic was not as bad.

How thin walls were that it made my dog bark for any movement.

Property was in a great location for us with most gas/convenience stores/groceries nearby. Good breakfast. Beds were comfy. I was contacted roughly 2 hours after check out that I had left behind my Apple Watch and “Maritza” offered to mail it free of charge! I am eternally grateful for the housekeeping staff for rightfully turning it in and for Maritza’s above and beyond kindness!!!

Found items assumed to be left behind from previous travelers so cleaning must not have been very thorough, although I will say the room/bathroom itself appeared clean upon entering! Water pressure was TERRIBLE, but we made it work.

During my six-night stay, I found the hot breakfast offerings to be exceptionally enjoyable. I would like to commend the individual responsible for managing the kitchen and dining area for her diligent attention. She consistently monitored the cleanliness of the tables and ensured that eggs, bacon, and sausage were replenished on the warming burners. I believe she deserves recognition as Employee of the Month or Year and should be considered for a substantial salary increase in acknowledgment of her outstanding contributions.

This was my fourth stay in a room designated for individuals with disabilities. During my last two visits, which were two years apart, I encountered an ongoing issue with the coffee pot; specifically, it was missing the coffee bag tray. I communicated this concern to the desk staff on two separate mornings. When a female staff member informed me that the hotel did not have any available trays, I expressed my frustration in writing, as I am deaf. She responded with a shrug, prompting me to consider checking out and relocating to a nearby hotel. However, upon my return from a visit to the town of Buda, I discovered that a replacement coffee bag tray had been provided, wrapped in cellophane. Consequently, I chose to extend my stay for an additional three nights.

Clean and comfortable

Everything was great. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful and housekeepers also great service.

The lady that is in the breakfast area. She's rude. She doesn't greet you and she looks mad.

The room was large and the ac was cold at night.

When we arrived, the girl at the front was too busy talking to two other girls (that seemed more like friends) to even acknowledge us at first. The ONE elevator took FOREVER because there it is being used by everyone, including the maids. Parking was scarce in the front and on the side. Every one of the people with our different groups (6) had to get a new card at least once and they were separated from any electronic devices. We saw a German roach on the first floor, alive, not too far from the breakfast. The shower/bathtub had black mold growing in the seems. The breakfast was honestly not that great either. Very sub-par. It would be better to eat at one of the places around. For the price, I expected so much more.

Needed handicap chair for the bath, but when I tried to use it, it started to collapse. I took “sponge baths “ from that point on. Told the staff twice about it, so I would not be charged for it!!!!!!!

More substantial shower chair !!!!!

The breakfast was delicious. The mini omelettes were a welcome surprise- so tasty!

The pillows were half the size of a regular pillow.
