Where to start….Staff was mostly nonexistent. Twice went to desk for help and couldn’t find anyone. Had to get a housekeeper to find someone to check us out. Bed was very uncomfortable. Floor was very dirty and looked like it hasn’t been swept in ages. No closet at all. Room telephone wasn’t even connected. Smoke alarm was disconnected and disabled. Coffee maker still had last guest’s coffee still in it. Also saw lots of roaches. We only stayed a couple of days just to visit the local water park which is great. If/when we visit it again, we definitely will not stay here.

Pool was ok, breakfast was good, location was ok, bathroom looked clean and good water pressure.

The staff in the front office didn't understand a lot of English so it was hard to communicate. The cleaning people only came once the entire week we were there. I fell down their stairs the first night there and almost broke my ankle and they knew. I had to go by ambulance and then we had to ask for a downstairs room due to my injury due not being able to go upstairs. No elevator. They never asked for an incident report. Never asked how I was or how the fall happened. The room they switched us to did not have a nightstand. They eventually brought us one. No desk, no coffee maker. The first room we were in the TV didn't work and they told us there was nothing they could do. Said they had no other TV's to bring us. Later after we had to move rooms...less than 24 hours after, we see them taking a brand new TV to that room. Pool though filled was constantly closed. When we asked why it wasn't open they either couldn't understand us or acted like they didn't and we never got a reason. There were dead ants everywhere....tons by the front door. It was gross. There were dead cockroaches in the bathroom. I guess I should be grateful they were dead. The room definitely had not been cleaned in a while.

The location was nice. Near a lot of things we needed. I did like the price and that we were able to bring our dog.

NEED OF REPAIR. BATHROOM DOOR IS FALLING APART AT THE BOTTOM. THE MAID KEPT "FORGETTING" TO LEAVE TOWELS AND/OR CHANGE THE SHEETS. THE LAMINATE FLOORS NEED A GOOD SCRUBBING/MOPPING AFTER EVERY STAY. FEET WERE BLACK FRESH OUT OF THE SHOWER AFTER WALKING IN TILE IN BATHROOM/VANITY/MAIN ROOM AREAS. ROOM 119 NEEDS THE SMOKE DETECTOR PUT BACK ON THE WALL, IT WAS HANGING OFF AND UNFUNCTIONAL THE ENTIRE TIME OF MY STAY. MY NEIGHBORS LEFT A LOT TO BE DISIRED...ONE SET WALKING IN HIGH HEELS ABOVE ME ALL NIGHT AND THE ANOTHER SET FOUGHT AND CUSSED ALL NIGHT LONG ON ANOTHER NIGHT.

When we checked in, the gentleman at the front desk was rude. Hotel room wasn’t maintained well, we had spider webs in the room & bathroom. Not well kept at all.

The room was in serious need of updating, maintenance and repair. Walls were stained; ceiling texture was peeling; finish was worn off toilet seat; a/c-heating unit did not function properly; floors were marginally clean, with dirt in corners and on baseboard.

The location was excellent, within walking distance of several restaurants. The bed was very comfortable.

I didn't like the fact that the TV on the wall is away from the bed in the middle of the room. We also saw a dead roach the next morning. The hotel definitely needs to be upgraded for the price that you pay especially with no good breakfast.

I like that the room had the whirlpool which was really nice.

Had to get housekeeping to come clean the hot tub. It had soap scum on it. Mirrors were not clean. They handled the situation for us in a timely manner though.

Get rid of the rif raf hanging out in parking lot drinking, puke in parking lot. Smoking dope. Needs fixing up. Looked like our bathroom flooded at one time. Bottom 3” of door molded and all rotten.

The room was not very clean, there was pubic hair stuck to the wall of the shower and on the rim of the tub. Sadly did not notice this until I was in the shower. But was not touching it to get it off! There was a line of hair, and dirt that was missed under the edge of one bed. The air only worked in one position which was basically wide open and the air unit was very dirty and had no vent. There was dog kennel trash left outside of our room the entire time as well. There was also a roach, looked like a german roach in the bathroom.

The pricing was great as we were only in town for the weekend for a horse show. The location was great as well. The exterior was mostly clean.

There was no closet to hang your clothes in. Not even an armoire My wife could hear a lot of noises coming from the room next door.

There was a very very limited supply of food for breakfast. They ran out of practically everything. Room smelled like smoke. There was no iron in the room.

Breakfast was the bare minimum. They had some Apples, oranges, and small varieties of pastries with a waffle maker, there was an overriding smell in the lobby that actually transferred to the kitchen. We chose to go out and get breakfast. Also there was no where to hang our clothes in our room. We had to use the towel rack.

Seems as if the owners are trying to get it up and going again. I give them kudos for wanting to make it great again. Our room was clean with comfortable beds.

People were smoking on the balcony, and every time our A/C would kick on it pulled the stinking smoke right into our room! And I’m not sure it was just cigarettes! Smoking should not be allowed on the balcony’s outside the rooms!! The first room we were given still had dirty laundry in the closet!! They were kind enough to give us another room, however that room had grass clippings or something in the desk chair, so we never used it. And the sink drain would barely drain. Most likely would not ever stay there again.

The breakfast could use some protein (meat and eggs). I’m a type two diabetic and all those carbs are not good for me of course.

Some details on room cleaning. I prefer chairs with cloth(and stains) - leather or some type of vinyl to wipe down easily. They keep the exterior well groomed.

Wasn’t clean found hairs in the shower. Also the curtains were broke and the bright lights shinned in the room. Breakfast was not great.
