Kids running half the night on the floor above us. Breakfast was ok, but staff there wasn't that friendly

The pool not inside, as many guest were during alcohol in and around pool. The guest were nice, but we had children, and not approved alcohol use in their presence, due to PTSD from absent parents alcohol depence.

Staff was amazing, very polite and helpful. Dining staff did a amazing job, and the diningroom was a mad house with so many guest Sat, and Sun., but they were quick to refill as much as they could (as they were waiting on their truck to deliver more supplies. They were quick to clean major messes done by guest (who walked away, after making a total mess of waffle machine). Dining/kitchen staff remained extremely pleasant during these stressful times. Room was very clean, housekeeping as well as front office staff went above and beyond for us. Thank You a really nice stay.

The sofa sleeper was not comfortable at all (it was for a child too). The breakfast was great - the only problem was it was chaotic. If they could have some sort of order to getting food would have been better.

The hot tub was not working and the hotel in the inside smelled like mildew but luckily the rooms did not smell like that.

The staff was very nice and the location of the hotel was not bad at all. The room was clean and the beds and sofa bed were comfortable. Breakfast was great as well. Everything was great for the price.

There was a musky smell in the hallway of second floor.

Breakfast needs to go until 10:00am. While getting our food the staff turned out the lights and started putting everything up right away. They need to have better eggs out and some bacon.

Everything was ok except for the shower head pressure and wait time for the water to get warm/hot. Also the mattress of sofa bed was not in good condition. It had marks of whatever stain was on it. Please change mattress when in that condition.

I had to be moved from my first room assignment after I returned from work the first night. The shower only produced scalding hot water, no matter how it was adjusted. The lock on the door also did not work The person on duty that night seemed less than concerned for the problem. However, he did move me to another room. The air conditioner in the new room did not work properly. It only worked well when I adjusted it to 54 degrees. I also requested daily housekeeping, yet I was forced to go downstairs to ask for more shampoo and soap.

I feel that the bed was comfortable, and the location was just about perfect.

The rooms are a little too small for a family of four the restrooms are small the beds are hard and you do not get a queen size you get a full size bed the swimming pool was okay but the hot tub doesn't work wish the food would stay open till 12:00 instead of 10:00

The breakfast was very good they have waffle makers they give you all different type of food to pick from cereal eggs and bacon toast Bagels the front desk staff was amazing they treated us with respect they helped us gave us good ideas to eat places

Hot tub should’ve been running, one light was out from the pool, floating on the water. Kid still had a blast as we only allowed them to stay in the 3 ft part of it.

Breakfast could’ve had more options but it was exception especially for the price, the kids enjoyed the food and so did hubby and I. Room was nice and clean, tv resolution was amazing, hubby took the ps5 for the kids. There was cable of course. WiFi was strong. We had Whataburger, Subway and Burger King all walking distance from the parking lot. Night time was quiet as it should’ve been. Hubby left his phone behind in the room at check out and room service found it and turned it into front desk! Kudos to her!

The exterior of the building looks nice. However some of the rooms need some work. My room had a funky smell. The sofa set needs replacing it has too many set it stains that gave it poor presentation. The shower pressure was weak.
