Breakfast needs improvement — every day it’s the same thing and the options are limited. The staff is kind and the place is clean.

I liked everything except the tv was treatable lines on the screen the channel changer didn’t work properly. I had to call the front desk to be able to turn the tv on.

My phone died in the middle of then night and I woke up feeling confused, it was daylight savings time I didn’t have a charger so I went to front desk and the attendant was kind enough to loan me hers .

I won't make this experience all bad because it turned out pretty good. Check in was fine, The front desk reception is was nice and the cost was good for our last minute need. It did include a light breakfast, however there were no protein items available that were not pork or beef. My most concern though was the room door. When I checked into my room I noticed that there was a small space in between the door and the frame. At first I did not think it was a problem until I came back to the door and realized I could open it by just sliding my room key between the knob and the frame. Luckily I was not gone too long because that could have ended very bad. Hopefully they will replace that particular door, but I also hope there are not others that have had this concern. So when I went back down to the Front desk my room was replaced immediately and it was also upgraded so I really appreciate that prompt response and the adjustment made. I also did nor receive ny points so I will call customer service about that. Other than that the location was okay it was far back in the cut though the entry street not very lighted but around the hotel was lit well. So my bonus questions that were answered are based off of the replaced room not the initial but this should help... and I forgot to take pics

The cleaning staff were very unkind and not professional. Also the food was terrible. They didn't have water in the fridge and it was very difficult to get drinking water!

They moved up to a bigger more spacious room when the intercom in our previous room was not working. The reception staff( Demi and Anne) were very nice,kind and helpful.

Breakfast options limited and not healthful. Emergency exit near room on first floor constantly propped open with a rock, did not feel secure.

Location was odd and a little hard to find. The woman at the desk during check in made rude comments then laughed it off as though she was only joking. Room served it's purpose but honestly would not book again or recommend.

Booked because of kitchenette and enough sleeping space.

Tv remote only worked if standing right in front of the TV. Microwave didn't work at all.

Breakfast facility was very nice. Front desk clerk was very pleasant but couldn't help me with the remote. Didn't even have any batteries for it so we could see if that would work.

Had to give $100 security deposit with my credit card. That was a first. Keeping track to make sure it is returned. Coffee and water machine not labeled. Had to do trial and error to see what was what.

There was a slight smell of paint thinner in the room. This hotel is getting close to needing an update.

It was convenient to my route and was great for a quick overnight stay. I arrived late and had alerted the property. Check in was quick, helpful and courteous. The room was comfortable and quiet. The breakfast the next morning was fine. The price was reasonable.
