No utensils or crockery. Not a cup or glass. Now this is my error in choosing this property. I’m sure others will have commented. It’s “extended stay”, so I imagine people buy their own materials. I was only there for a night and that was fine as I was jet lagged anyway!

Large room with kitchen facilities. Complimentary but very limited breakfast (no fresh milk amongst other things).

There's no microwave anywhere, the breakfast is so minimalist, packs of oatmeal and small muffin, and coffee. They have the staff running around doing different jobs. No coffee maker in the room either. For $120 a night I expect more.

The location is Central austin, South of the river, so that was good.

Overall funky musty smell. Was it the carpet or just that it was all quite old, dated, very lived in and cheap materials? Reduced rates should be offered to solo travelers.

Clean bedding. Clean kitchen. Clean bathroom. Front desk was attentive and accommodating and pleasant. Price was steep considering the low quality of furnishings.

Not super clean to be honest, and there's a kitchen but you need to ask for everything, like there's not even a fork in there...

Room was quite nice and spacious, and good wifi! I LOVED to be so close to the centre, that was great!

When looking under the bed there was a pair of glasses and a pair of mismatched socks, with layer of dust and pet hair. The room needs to be deep-cleaned beyond visitors. Breakfast was all packaged food with no fresh milk or fruit.

Pleasant and helpful staff. Location was convenient to downtown. Hotel was nice and quiet.

The property is a little dated and we had tiny ants in the bathroom but nothing horrible.

Great location and friendly staff, definitely would stay again. The fridge and microwave were great even for our two nights and there's even a stove. Bed was very comfortable.

Breakfast was terrible . You don’t call coffee and muffins breakfast?? Water presses terrible .The shower curtain should be longer so the water doesn’t go onto floor . General areas and outside need better attention. Homeless people coming into building from side doors and getting free coffee.and muffins Side doors of hotel need 24/7 security access.

Room was clean .Comfy beds , Good location for access to downtown.

Amenities were minimal. An ice machine would have been nice, since no ice was available until we made it ourselves in the freezer. The carpets were very dark, and you got the impression that they might not be very clean. There were only three pillows on the bed instead of four.

The bed was pretty comfortable, and the room was clean. The location was great for Bat Fest and the activities at Palmer Center.

Despite having a kitchen area it had no coffee maker. While not the property's fault, some people in the parking lot next door decided to play music late into the night. There weren't many breakfast options; they had oatmeal but no bowls.

The hotel was fairly close to the river area which had many restaurants. It had a nice kitchen area with a full refrigerator, microwave and a small stove. The staff was friendly.
