The only thing that could of been better is the breakfast eggs. I'm used to freshly cooked scrambled eggs these egg puck looking patties they served tasted like frozen TV dinner eggs.

The King Size bed was clean high off the ground and nice and firm to sleep on first time I woke up with no back pain it was great sleeping here.

The breakfast needs some work. The back entrance was not locked. Anyone could come inside without a key card!

The hotel is being renovated so it was nice to have fresh paint and a new toilet and other things.

I asked front desk to not clean my room, but someone still did. I told them 3x the paper towel dispenser in the mens bathroom didnt work and he said hed fix it. Never got fixed. They lock the parking lot at night and you have to get security to open it. No kleenex in room; no extra roll of TP.

The room was not as clean as it should have been. The bedding had stains on it and so did the chairs. Carpets had rips in the and the bath tub had hair in it.

I liked the location. The staff where great and the breakfast was nice.

Gates were closed after midnight. Had to go in and ring the bell for 5 to 10 minutes before the came to open it. And was told they were robbed and waiting on the police. When we asked the morning clerk they said they didn't know what we were talking about

There were a lot of construction workers that stay there so their dirt was left in the hallway. The evening receptionist was not friendly at all, was on her phone and would not acknowledge you.

Quiet, off the beaten track. I was there to see my son graduate from Lackland BMT..so it was quiet for me, not too far from the base. Breakfast especially since I was leaving early to get to base.

While the general location is great because it is so close to SeaWorld and lots of restaurants and shopping, this hotel is right on the freeway. There are many buildings between the hotel and the freeway, and a major interchange, at that. So much street noise, especially on the weekend. Breakfast was standard hotel breakfast. Nothing special, but got the job done. The room was good enough but there are things that need to be kept up more. For example, you could see some mold growing on the drywall near the shower and there was rust around the toilet paper holder and other metal things in the bathroom. Overall it just needs a little bit of updating. And the carpet needs shampooing. My feet were grey after walking barefoot for 5 minutes. All this would not be a big deal to me if I were getting a good rate. But I've been to other hotels charging the same rate or less that were kept up much more. Would I stay here again? Yes if the price was very good.

Friendly and helpful staff. Received room service more than we were told we would, so that was a nice surprise.

the house keeper wakes you up early then they need too. The parking when we were there was horrible due to workers parking work trucks and equipment in the very little parking they have.

the staff was extremely nice and the rooms were clean the hotel was in a great location. Not far from the AirBase and airport. breakfast was good and there coffee was amazing I wish I new what they used.
