The hallways were dirty. Sheets on the bed were dirty and blankets had holes in them. Staff didn't respond when you called the front desk. TV in room didn't work.

At checkout, front desk person checked room to receive the 50 dollar deposit back for the room and i was told i would only be getting 10.00 back because i owed money on the room....i showed them the confirmation and showed them the amount that was confirmed for the 2 nights and the front desk member continued to argue with me stating that is not the rate they charge for the room we got...even though i pulled up the confirmation and showed her in black and white what i was to pay for the 2 night stay and also told her i called and spoke with a gentleman friday evening and he confirmed the amount that was on my phone. Was listed as a non smoking motel, however, when entering the hotel it smelled of smoke and the sheets and comforters had burn marks in them in the room

The fan in the bathrooom screamed so loudly, we could not use it for showers, nor could we turn the light on at all because of the horrible, high-pitched screeching of that fan. Also, we paid the $50 deposit, left the room in great condition according to the man who looked at it, but as of today we still have not had the $50 deposit put back into our bank account. Terrible way to do business

It was old. Doors were old and could see light through them Warped. Dead bolt didn’t work. Nosey and smelled like sewage in the halls. Sounds like a female was being beaten.

The towels and pillow cases had makeup stains on them and it was just overall gross and not thoroughly cleaned at all. I was worried there was bed bugs.

When I walked in I could smell cigarette smoke so I noticed the front desk as I don’t want blamed/charged and she said “oh, what room?” Nothing more, nothing less. I wasn’t going to argue as I heard they were out of rooms earlier. I tried turning the AC down but it never shut off (wasn’t a choice of auto fan so in the middle of the night I had to turn on the heat as I was an icecube. One of the hand towels appeared as if someone had wiped their makeup off, the AC coils/vents were caked with filth and the non functioning vent/heater in the bathroom just needs to go or be painted. The bed appeared to have someone on it, maybe tobacco residue as I couldn’t smoosh whatever it was so I don’t think it was bed bugs. The lady at the front desk when I checked in was less than pleasant but not mean.

You should always start with a positive…the water pressure to the shower was excellent! The tv worked and there was soaps/cups clean/sealed. Location was close to restaurants and other amenities ans right off the highway. It was a value booking so I understand some things but others nope! Also I heard race cars from the parking lot and so I googled to see what it was and so I stopped in to watch some racing…not on my agenda but something new.

I was accused of smoking and I’m a regular here and I have never smoked there ever and I’m really disappointed and won’t be back and telling my family and friends to not as well.

I loved staying there when I’m in town but now my feelings have changed drastically.
