Our first night walked into a hot room with terrible stinch. We thought is was due to the AC having been left off for some time. When we got ready for bed, the smell of urine was very apparent. We first thought is was the bedding, but discovered it was the mattresses. We asked to be moved, but the new room took an hour to prepare due to the AC not working and needed to be replaced.

The pool was working and refreshing! Being within 5 miles of our work site was convenient.

Hotel photos showed a pool and jacuzzi but there was no jacuzzi. The room had not been updated in decades. The curtains blocked the air conditioner. There were no cups or coffee/coffee maker in the room.

The smoke alarm in room 116 was tampered with and the phone cord was cut. Key cards did not open door had to return to front desk multiple times to be able to enter room.

Ali was wonderful at the front desk! Looked like the rooms were still a work in progress. I rented four rooms for myself and family. My room had a comfortable chair to sit in, But all the other rooms did not have a comfortable chair to sit in. They only had a desk chair. For all the people who were staying there. The pool was out of commission. The breakfast was not impressive. However, the location of the hotel was great to go to restaurants, coffee, shops, and more.

Long term customer living there, smell of cigarettes/weed smell inside and lack of breakfast foods. Shampoo, conditioner and soap looks to be like it’s used and refill half and 3/4 way full.

When I was looking to check in, no one was there for 15 min. I called the hotel and rang the bell and jo one was around until a cleaner came byband saw mecthen a minute later someone was there. There were loud pounding noises coming from down the hall from me till midnight, and no one answered the phone when i called to complain. The shower never warmed up. So, I ended up taking a cold shower. I needed a room to stay that was close to work but also on the cheap end as I was only going to be there for less than 12 hours. So, on one end, you get what you pay for. But I've also stayed at cheap hotels before that were way better. I won't be staying here again.

The only thing I liked about this hotel was it was close to my work.

Pretty messy, like they did not keep up with cleaning. Our room had light bulbs that were out, the hair dryer did not work, and the bathroom floor was dirty, under the sink.

Staff seemed friendly.

Room more updated, more coffee, breakfast was Luke warm , staff at the front desk more friendly and helpful.

Hotel room did not have a coffee maker, glasses in the bathroom, or light bulb in the desk lamp. Ice machine not working. Juice machine in the breakfast area not working. Hours for breakfast not posted. Milk and yogart not refrigerated. Scrambled eggs just sitting on the counter, not in the food warmer. After I checked out I was told I would not receive hotel points for the stay, even though I paid over $100.

Good location for my needs. Hotel room was quiet. Bed was comfortable.

everything! the pictures online were not at all how the place looked. our room was a disaster.. the bathroom was not cleaned.. hair all over the floor and you could tell the shower wasn’t clean.. stains all over the carpet.. and we didn’t have any toilet paper to start..

honestly the only decent thing was the lady who check us out on Sunday!

It was horrible, very run down. Carpet so dirty I wouldn’t walk on it in my bare feet. It was supposed to be a non smoking room and it reeked of marijuana, curtains were shredded, bathroom fan was missing in the ceiling there was just a big hole. Tile coming off the wall, paint on walls different colors and paint all over shower rod. Worst hotel I’ve ever been in.

The hotel didn’t match what I saw online at all. The was no housekeeper for a couple of days. I had to request for housekeeping and it took a while to be provided. They are way below standard and won’t recommend to an enemy.
