The parking lot extends behind the hotel. There is no way to get inside the building from the back parking lot - a safety concern. There is a door with a key card system but it doesn't work.

The hotel was clean and no bugs. It is a bit run down, but then again they don't claim to be a 4-star hotel. I would stay there again.

The two ladies at the front desk were excellent! They handled all questions quickly, professionally, and cheerfully. All guests checking, or returning for the day, were greeted in the same cheerful manner. Kudos to them both!! That said, we found the location was not convenient for our needs and we did not complete our stay.

Terrible so called breakfast, nutri-bar, coffee and oatmeal from a package. And I thought that Baymont by Wyndham in Las Vegas breakfast was bad but at least they had orange and apple juice.

Bed was comfortable, air conditioner worked. Some of the staff was friendly.

The bed was so soft I woke up with backaches both nights. The “breakfast” consisted of coffee and a few packaged muffins, packaged oatmeal, and packaged breakfast bars. It was snack food, not a breakfast.

Light bulbs were missing from 2 lights, floor wasn't thoroughly vacuumed, 30 sec button didn't work on the microwave, and the toilet paper dispenser was partially falling off the wall. Additionally, both the bathtub and toilet were leaking onto the floor. I also found it a bit disappointing that there was no ice machine for guests. I had to go to a local grocery store for ice.

It is a convenient location. On a major highway (87) and very close to another (60).

Customer Service was lacking. No one could help find me the person to talk to to help me figure out how to get off the DNR list if ever I need to stay again.

More than comfortable and spacious. Felt spoiled with the many amenities and a peaceful atmosphere.

In a place with a kitchen one would expect dishes. Apparently you have to ask for them. We couldn't get a toaster. Breakfast was not great. It was Coffee and power bars.

Tub needed cleaned better it had slight ring and was oily. Non smoking room reeked of cigarettes with burn stains on counter in bathroom.

The coffee and staff great!!! Bed was comfortable as well and clean sheets and warm. Elevator for those that need it.

The bathroom at first glance was clean but upon closer inspection we found body hair under the thankfully sealed cups

I booked a stay for two beds and when I was checking in it wasn't what I booked online. Elevators didn't work as well so I canceled.. Staff was friendly but my booking was all wrong. Scandalous is what I would say. I want a refund.

The staff is very understanding and value your needs and wants. I am very grateful for the owner for understanding that my husband did not have an i.d. but a paperwork to put on file for my booking. She allowed us for the entire stay to have the issue we came across to be taken under consideration and not make us be booted out.

The staff was ok, they were not the most helpful. The shower was leaking. The elevator was being serviced so we had to use the stairs. They were cleaning the Air conditioner. The bathroom floor was dirty under the sink. Picture frame in the bath room was broken. Floors were dirty

Hallway carpet filthy and smell bad, room had not been cleaned at all liquid soda all over the table white substance on the chair bathroom unusable plumbing fixtures not there could not use plumbing at all nasty stains all over the window. Windows couldn’t really see outside.
