Asked for quiet room and was placed first near another room with barking dog. Asked for different room and front desk staff was sarcastic.

The only complaint I have is about other guests, so nothing negative about the hotel itself. We had some extremely rowdy guys next door to our room Saturday night blasting music, talking extremely loudly, and crashing around the room. Naturally, this kept my son and I awake because they were partying until at least 2:00AM. I inevitably had to go to the front desk to complain about them, and the nice gentleman that was working that night kindly took care of it. Even all the kids that were there the night before for a baseball tournament were quieter than these drunk guys.

The location was perfect for what my son and I were in town for. It was close by restaurants and the activities that we had planned for the weekend. The breakfast was nice and had plenty of suitable options. We particularly enjoyed that there was tea available in the evening. The staff was very kind particularly the woman that checked us in, and the nice gentleman that took my noise complaint from the room next door to us and asked them to quiet down. It made a huge difference, and we were very grateful.

We really enjoyed our stay there. Our reason to be in the area was to attend The Spinner's and Temptations Concert at the Soaring Eagle Casino. We enjoyed your location. The breakfast was so nice, so many choices and in a nice area to dine.

I asked about the AARP discount and was told they accept it but since I didn't request it when I made the online reservation they couldn't process it. Never saw where to request this when processing the online reservation. Wasn't so much the money but the customer service that was disappointing.

Breakfast was excellent, wonderful selection of choices. Room was very clean and comfortable with coffee and fridge, very homey.

The toilet in our room appeared dirty with sediment when we arrived.

The breakfast was the best ever Great variety and especially the awesome waffles !!! The available coffee, tea and hot chocolate and cookies in lobby was appreciated !

Was old and not greatly kept up. The bathroom floor inclined one direction and was very noticeable just by looking at the water in the toilet bowl. The phone was gross with stains all over it. The remote didn’t work and seemed to have blood on it. (Probably wasn’t blood but looked like it). The pool was average size but not clear or blue, more of a cloudy green.

Although off the main strip, it’s location was very close to everything.

Nothing . It was great !!

Last minute had to find a new hotel due to the one we booked being dirty , came to sleep inn and the staff was so helpful and nice . The rooms and lobby were very clean and well kept . Breakfast was great . For a last minute booking in a crappy situation they made me feel so much better

No entrance other than the front. Only vending machines on the first floor.

Convince of the location. Good value. Good breakfast. I like the tea in the lobby.
