United StatesAside from the linens, room was not cleaned very thoroughly. There was something gross on the wall in the bathroom. The floors were visibly dirty on carpet and tile. The hard water stains in both tub and toilet made it unpleasant to use.
The absolutely lovely staff throughout the establishment and that incredible breakfast in the diner in the morning. Location super quiet.

United StatesThe toilet in our room was REALLY low. I almost fell sitting down! Our family in the room next to ours had a much higher one. You have to walk through the casino to get to the restaurant.
The rooms are very large! Lots of room to spread out. The included breakfast was decent. You'll have 4-5 choices to pick from (not off the regular restaurant menu). It was very quiet even though it's on the main street.

United StatesIt is definitely overpriced. The beds are very firm and uncomfortable. The breakfast choices are very limited. We had to take a ticket to the restaurant and it took a very long time to get our food. Also, the water kept getting cold then really hot. Plus, the shower heads were not fancy like they claimed in one add. The TV could not be connected to our phones or our streaming services.
The customer service is amazing. Jessy is a rock star! The room was suprisingly quiet even though we were very close to the casino. The pillows were great and the bed linens were okay. It was also pretty clean .

( Not guaranteed , understand) Took a room on floor 2 because was told that the guest right above , on floor #3 , had cancelled , so no one would be above us . But , then there was a guest above us , and of course , they were LOUD !! But they eventually quit , so we did get to sleep . Again , Jesse was great

United StatesAs a non-smoker, I was put off by he smoky smell when entering the building and walking to the restaurant. However, my room had NO smoke smell at all. Nothing to be done about the smoke in the casino…it was just the one thing I didn’t like.
Staff was exceptional (Sophia and Amanda at front desk, and Savannah in the restaurant). My room was neat and clean, and everything worked. The breakfast was a REAL breakfast, with protein and good coffee. I will stay again.
